Patrick supplied & installed my kitchen cabinets. After 6 months, the paint started to peel. Called him numerous times. At the beginning, he assured me he will fix the cabinets. Then stopped returning my calls & his office staff at the Woodbine office in Markham disappeared.Another mistake I made was purchasing from him the kitchen double sink. The 2 drains & 2 strainers were defective & started to leak. Had to get a plumber to replace them for approx. $300.Never ever work with this so called businessman & human being. Shame on you Mr. Patrick.

Manager of the company, Patrick Wu, required payment in several installments, with about 90% of the total cost to be remitted in the first two payments, one at the signing of contract, and the second at the time the installation starts. Everything seemed fine before that. However, there were numerous problems and issues during the installation stage(wrong design, wrong measurement etc), which Patrick Wu promised to sort out. But, after the 3rd payment was made and the problems still not resolved, he simply stop taking my phone calls and never answer back to my text or voice messages, which he used to do promptly before the payment, and we are left with uncompleted kitchen cabinet 6 months after the installation began. I would suggest anyone to avoid doing business with this totally irresponsible company and save yourself from trouble.

I would have given them 0 stars if I could.We hired this company to complete a builtin for our laundry room and this is where the nightmare began. On installation day Patrick (the owner) sent someone to our home to collect final payment - I should have cancelled the payment. They cashed it right away and they never finished my job.This has been going on now for 6 months. Now the builtin is falling apart, and they never put back my trim on my wall so now it looks like unfinished construction work in my laundry room. He never provided a touch up paint bottle which he said they would provide. I should have known based on the whispers from the sub contractors he sent in that day, that he (Patrick) was a bad business person and would not be true to his word.I DO NOT recommend this company ever to anyone. Their business practice is poor and he will ignore your messages OR respond and say they are coming, you book a day off work and they never show up.
