I own a 29ft Scarab Excell with twin 350s. The engine bay is very tight quarters, but was no problem for the boys to get me tuned up and a couple of repairs. They are top notch in my books..... I'll be back....

Great place for fiberglass repairs. They repaired the rotten wooden coring that was approx 60% of the inside of the cabin on my sailboat. He also did a couple of other repairs to the fiberglass on the hull that he found. The repair was done within the time frame given and for the cost agreed. I will definitely go back if I need repairs done. He also went over engine maintenance with me so that I could look after the engine that came with my boat. Overall great experience.

Stay Away!!!!! Dropped off my boat here on July 30, 2021 for some running issue. I was told I will get an update within one week. One week later I had to call for an update. Aug 13th. He said he thought he gave me an advice of 150 parts and 3 hours labour for replace and rebuild fuel lines. I agreed and he said it will take another week. August 18. I was told going go for a test run. no update that day. I was worried and hoped they were ok. August 23, texted but no reply. August 25, I texted and he replied should be ready this afternoon. August 27, I reached out again. no reply. I finally called the owner Peter, I said that this practice is unacceptable by any business. Finally , August 28. saturday they finally said it was ready. Took it to Ghost Lake . I can only go 30kph. KPH!!! @ full throttle!! by myself on the boat. I told Del the mechanic this and they never reached out or call me back. So much for we take our boats for a run on the lake before we give it back to the customer." After 650 dollars later... I still have same issues. Don't get burned by this shop because I did. Complete waste of time and money.17.5 openbow with 115 mercury outboard."

We have had a great experience with SW Yachts.They have service our boat several times, from fixes to winterizations and every time the service is great and more affordable than other places.They also replace my seats leather at a very good price and the quality was amazing, they look new!I always talk to Del and work with him, he always answer to any questions I have with patience and good attitude.

Seriously! They have top-of-the-line $500K and $250K crafts also in line for service. AND they still took the time to get me (and my family) on the water!In March of 2021, I became a boat owner for the first time. I bought a modest, used 16' Bayliner Capri with a 115 HP Johnson outboard from a private sale. It ran when I bought it, then after I brought it home, although it would start, it died in seconds.After searching (unsuccessfully) for someone willing to service an older, 2-stroke outboard engine, I found Southwest Yachts. THEY WERE THE ANSWER!I felt involved in the process, and was comfortable with the estimated repair costs. It turned out to be a fuel line issue, as the motor WAS fine and still is!I went back in 2022 for some wish list items and had the same great experience!The bottom line is they get it done! Right! Minutes from Ghost Lake, EVERYTHING is tested on a lake so you can tow and go with confidence!
