Awesome place. We purchased the warranty from here last year for a switch game. Called took in old switch and receipt they looked it over and they said ok, here's your new one.

I would say the staff are friendly and will help you out looking for a item or making a recommendation without being pushy or trying to upsell you. The selection of preowned and new games seems adequate for the size of the store. Only thing is I wish they had more first party accessories instead of the biogenic or Gamestop branded stuff.It's also hard to look for a used game in the bins when there's a lot of them crammed in there and you really can't flip through them especially the two bins in the middle of the store. Wish that they would put the spine of the game facing up so you could read the title of the game rather then flipping through them and risk damaging a case or something like that. The prices are really hit or miss sometimes you can find a great deal other times something is very overpriced

Bigger selection than the Game Stop at the Lynden Park Mall. Customer service is usually quite good. Able to help me find games I'm looking for. Staff has good understanding of titles in stock and info about them. Good place to go if shopping for someone else and have no video game knowledge. They will help you out.

Its game stop! I mean what more really needs to be said, the staff is phenomenal, very helpful and easy to deal with. I absolutely love that they carry so much other merchandise for video games!

Was in the store today at around noon. Only one girl working. Was in there for nearly half an hour and she never once asked me if I needed help with anything. So I just walked out. Guess they didn't want or need my business.

It has come a long was from the shadow of EB games. It is now a happy go-to for all your gaming gear and gaming paraphernalia.
