Lacks transparency in her processes, delays providing you information when requested. Goes on vacation with your money comes back and provides a tactical excuse to avoid working on a file she feels is less important. When asked to return funds she provides what she feels necessary. All in all the initial reason she was hired did not come to fruition.I refuse to spew venom without mentioning the one good thing she did. She was able to provide my family a solution obtain my deceased grandmothers body without issues. Thank you for returning the $3089.07 we appreciate it!

Specifically, I dealt with Jasmine personally on a transaction that appeared to be tricky and complicated from the beginning, especially considering the pandemic and its resulting uncertainties.
