I just want to say thank you to the salesman Rody for his impeccable service and patience. As well as the team at Subaru, you guys have a great ambiance and excellent costumer service. I couldn’t be happier with my car. Rody answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% confident in my vehicle. His Subaru knowledge and customer service are the reasons why I decided to go with Subaru. Thank you once again!

I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get good service. The entire team is attentive and dedicated. I especially want to thank Nils, who was extremely friendly and attentive from the beginning until I picked up the car. He is a great salesman who puts himself in the customer's shoes and tries to help us as much as possible. I had a very positive experience with him assisting me. I can confidently say that he was the deciding factor that made me buy my first Subaru - and I'm extremely happy =)

Received exceptional service from Jean Sebastian and Nick today. I arrived at the dealership early in the morning without an appointment to have a part changed that was a safety issue. They were extremely busy but JS managed to squeeze me in. Much appreciated as we have a long drive this weekend. Best service team in Greater Montreal !!

Just got our first ever Subaru and we’re very happy and impressed about it but what’s more important is that Subaru’s customer service! Recently purchased a new Outback from them. Excellent service from start to finish. Benjamin (Sales Executive), Marie (Financing Specialist), Fanny (in charge of purchase finalization and delivery), work great as a team and ensure a super smooth end-to-end client experience.We originally went there to buy a Forester. Ben showed us the Forester but also encouraged us to look at the Outback. He patiently let us test drive both the cars and explained the pros and cons of each with utmost honesty (including a potential waiting time for the Outback). But after driving the Outback’s turbo engine we knew that’s the one we wanted, so we were happy to wait.Thankfully someone who had ordered the exact same car before us, cancelled at the last moment and we received Ben’s call in 3 days that we could have the car if we wanted. The entire process from our first visit to Subaru Montreal till delivery of the car happened within a week and was a very pleasant experience.Ben is extremely client centric, even now when we call with questions about the functionality of the car he always answers with a smile. We highly recommend Subaru Montreal and look forward to having a great time with our new car.

Update April 2023:Four years ago I got my first Subaru. Today, I came back to Subaru Montreal to get a better car: a Crosstrek 2024.Chino was even more awesome than last time!! He was able to get me the car I wanted, months before I was expecting!
