Pull up at 920pm only to be told they don't serve food after 930pm. I understand closing prep but I wonder what the owner would think about all the business turned away because your manager want to be out right on time. I won't be back. Mary Browns is right beside them if I ever need a quick grab and go later in the evening.

Food is always as expected for Tim Hortons, but the way the current staff prepare it is messy.Service is extremely slow and unfriendly.The tables are always dirty with left over cups and bags left on them. Rarely wiped down and clean.

Hands down the slowest moving tims you can go to. I have spent 45 min in the drive through on multiple occasionsIf you’re ever stopping for a quick coffee. Think again. Go to the store. Buy beans. Grind them at home and make your own coffee. You will get it faster

Terrible terrible terrible.Right from the Manager to the kid taking out the garbage. Slow slow slow, can't seem to get the simplest of orders correct. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. One of the worst Timmy's in all of Kamloops. Don't waste your time. Money or efforts going there.

Food was good. Those new wraps have been a go to lately. Kids had breakfast selections at 2pm which is much appreciated both for the smaller portion size as well as the simplicity of the sandwich. As always with Timmys if you want to jump to the front of the line then use thendrive thru as it seems like 5 people are serving the drive thru while 1 manages the counter inside. I get it.. but when the drive thru isn’t busy the service i side could be a bit faster, right?

Worst Tim’s in Kamloops. Unfriendly staff, constantly short on items ordered. If you go through the drive through check your bags before you leave, they will forget something. Slow service. And the food is either burnt or undercooked. Do better Tim Hortons.

I asked for sub cheddar . Multiple times. I told them that they have a button they can press I did that 2 times. Asked why my order was not showing on the screen. They said come up and I'll review it with you. I then once again let them know I'm not paying 60 cents for cheddar when sub cheddar is free and to make sure your not charging me . After they said they are not. I asked for a receipt. Once I got it there was a charge for the cheese. I then have to go back and ask why. The manager Akay smilled at me lLaughing saying we are training them right now. We will refund you the 60 cents. And they gave me a farmers wrap.

Went in to get some vanilla dip doughnuts and was told that I could only get 6 of them and I couldn’t get more. They did have more, they just wouldn’t sell them to me. I had to get a different flavour if I wanted more. Not sure who she was saving them for but I had to drive to ANOTHER tim hortons location where THEY happily filled my order for me and I was not limited to the number of vanilla dips I could buy. Very very disappointed in the customer service here. 0 out of 10 do not recommend this location. There’s one on Halston and one on 8th Ave that has much better service.

They employ a strategy where they leave you sitting at the speaker for up to 20 minutes and don't take your order when it is busy, I assume so that the franchise thinks their drive-through is efficient. Pro-Tip: It isn't. This is the worst Tim Hortons in Kamloops at the least. Always out of product, always slow service, and generally a terrible experience. I try again about every other month because its convenient, but man its bad....

Extremely poor service this year (2023). Drive-Thru refused to serve a person with disabilities using a medical mobility scooter when they've done so many times previously. They do not have curbside delivery and requires in-store pickup. Accessibility in-store is difficult typically due to many people blocking paths and store layout. Complaints had to be made to their head office twice.
