I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to like that in my life. My dr sent over a requisition missing an important test and I dare asked a question about it. A staff member threw the sheet at me exclaiming “I don’t know what this is, this is not my problem” while she was not wrong, she handled it very poorly.One by one I saw patients come in while I waited and she was so rude to each one that came in. The whole waiting area was visibly uncomfortable. I understand that it’s a hard job to have but a little compassion goes a long way. People are scared to get their blood work done, so please consider being a little nicer

The technicians are always super nice but the reception is absolutely awful! The lady who o works there is so rude and has a horrible attitude. I had an appointment and was patiently waiting in line and saw my name pop up on the screen as I had an application. I politely scooted up to the front of the line to ask her that since I had and appointment and my name was on the screen should I give her my paperwork. She then very rudely asked when my appointment I said it was at 8:10 and she said I had to wait in line and I said ok no problem. She then said oh whatever just come up, but can’t you seen I’m very busy trying to print something. I am absolutely appalled at how absolutely rude and disrespectful this receptionist was. I wish they wore name tags so I could tell you exactly her name. Also after I did my blood work I had to drink a glucose drink as I was getting test done for diabetes, the technician told me to drink it in the room. When the receptionist herd that she screamed at the technician and told her that is not allowed. This poor girl was on tears. Honestly this seems like a very hostile work place with this particular employee working here!

Rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. They have a sign stating they won’t tolerate rude behaviour yet their staff is ruder!No idea why the receptionist even works in customer service - she can’t even deal with polite customers without throwing paper back at them.

Staff is Terrible.Receptionist yelling at people.A few ladies at reception fighting with each other. One of them commented, I hate this place". People seated for their turn were listening to their vocals.The lady who took my blood was in such a rush that it seemed like she has to catch a flight right after my blood work. She even did not put band aid correctly where she poke needle in my arm.Terrible experience. Will never go there again!!"

I came to get blood work done. The front desk staff were not friendly at all, I was ignored when I walked in. Finally, the one lady acknowledged me, but didn't even say hello. She just yelled at me to get out my healthcard and asked if the info was correct. She also asked for my doctor's name, even though that info was on my paperwork I gave her... A very unpleasant experience, I won't be returning. By the sounds of the other reviewers, I would say that they clearly need customer service training.

Receptionist is incredibly rude. She yell at me in a very impolite way. Oh my God. Very bad experience in this clinic.

I work in healthcare. I know how incredibly stressful it can be, but it's never an excuse for treating people without kindness. The morale at this place is atrocious- staff constantly bickers with each other, they snap at patients/customers, and the technicians are as pleasant as a soggy piece of cardboard. I have been using this location because it's convenient for me and I can honestly say I've never had a pleasant interaction here. It doesn't take a lot of energy to ask a patient/customer how they are, if they're alright getting a particular procedure, or even a hello".During my most recent appointment

My wife had a terrible experience at this clinic, staff were very unprofessional and did not live up to their duty of care. There was also a lack of knowledge about procedures, pretentious comments (directly towards a patient then again behind her back in front of other patients) and a terrible attitude by staff. Unacceptable. Have some compassion for people who are mostly there because they're already having a hard time with their health. It costs nothing to be kind.

I took my son to get dietary tests done. The one lab technician at the desk was extremely rude to me. Ridiculing my parenting decision to get the lab done, she said her comments loud enough that everyone in the waiting heard her. We were there for close to 3 hours. She did 3 of the 5 blood samples, every time she was making back handed remarks to me and her co workers. At the end of our visit the rude technician gave my son stickers for being brave and then put a bee sticker on my chest and said that’s for your mom because she is the one who stung you. I am never going back to that life lab location. I’ve never been so insulted as a mother from a health care provider.

The person / woman checking everyone in at Dawson Rd is very rude. She told a confused, elderly, English second language woman obviously you have never had blood taken before". The woman's son said we came here to get a blood test
