Prices are average, but the special sales and loyalty points are good. Selection of products is more than adequate. Pharmacy staff is competent and courteous. There is also a Canada Post outlet at the back.

This review is about the pharmacy specifically: It's objectively terrible.I switched to this pharmacy about 5 months ago for the prospect of using the app to refill prescriptions online - unfortunately, there is a problem EVERY time. They miss prescription refill deadlines, despite me booking days in advance, and when I call about it they act surprised as if this is the first time they've even looked at their online booking and say 'oh, umm, the order isn't here yet'. The order is never 'there' yet, as that's been the excuse, without exaggeration, several times in the last 5 months. My prescriptions aren't novel - they're every-day drugs. Give me a break.NOT worth the frustration, find somewhere else. Why am I paying Rexall's exorbitant dispensing fees for bad service?

Looking for items in the store ... a staff member asked if they could help-- wow! She was most helpful, cheerful, and professional! Found out it was her first day on the job-- ask for Heather! she's a winner! Thank you Heather!!

Sometimes there is no sale products left on the shelf even though they say the sale is still on. Overall the staff is helpful, especially the manager and assistant manager. I love this store, but I see from the website that 40 stores across Canada are closing down and this store is probably one of them. That's a bummer!

Very clean and well stocked drugstore. Has pharmacy, lottery and good selection of the expected items. Purchased hair product and vitamins. They allow access to the washrooms. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Looked to be seasonal section and items for children as well.

Excellent pharmacy services.Good cosmetic selection & an in store Post Office.However, in general terms the store & service deteriorated during 2021. Service very poor and often rude!New manager often wears his Covid mask at half-mast. Says his beard prevents him wearing a proper mask ..not good for a health store

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't know what it is about about this village. And I get island time" but there's a difference between taking your time and completely ignoring the customers in your store until you're ready to physically help them. You can acknowledge someone waiting at the pharmacy and tell them you'll be there in a second. Instead of ignoring me for a solid 5 minutes before I decided to find another pharmacy. Which there isn't in walking distance. Also adding that I have now bought two products that were expired. The first lash glue that was so old it had hardened (you couldn't tell because of packaging) and the second was a self tanner that I have now had an reaction to the old product (I've used it many times before and never reacted) and went to get something for that reaction when I was ignored."

Rexall in the Cook St. Village is A-1! The very friendly staff are all well informed about their products. There's a post office inside as well.
