I have tried several Osteopaths over the years for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. After a session I would feel better for a few days and then my pain would return. I recently found Wellington Natural Health and cannot recommend Gagandeep Watts enough!!! After only a few sessions my pain has dramatically decreased. He is very knowledgeable and also provides at home exercises to improve your condition between appointments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have spent the better half of my life seeking natural health solutions. I find the benefits of natural treatments far more effective for me than that of modern medicine.I started going to the Wellington Wellness Centre for live blood analysis as I have experienced this treatment years ago and know that it's important to know what is happening in your body and live blood analysis can help you determine what is wrong so you can determine a path to recovery. I changed my diet and started PEMF treatments which were very beneficial. I was encouraged to seek treatment from an Osteopath. I wasn't sure what to expect and when I asked I was told they treated the whole body. I started treatments three weeks ago and I have two treatments each week. In that short period I no longer have dizzy spells, my headaches have disappeared, the sore stiff neck has improved at least 80%, my back pain has lessen by about 70%, my flexibility and balance has improved by at least 60%, the pain in my hips that reminded me daily it was there is 60 to 70% improved. The pain from my sciatica has virtually disappeared as well.In short I have received more relief in the last three weeks than I have in the last thirty years. I feel fantastic even though I still have work to do, I'm sleeping better and I feel more relaxed. The best gift I could give myself.

Wellington Natural Health is my first choice for Special Event Rental Space in Chilliwack. Not only is it a beautifully designed space it also has great energy and a wonderful support team. I host Sound Healing events at Wellington and working with the owner and founder, Rose, and the Wellington staff/team is a pleasure. Rose is welcoming, grounded, well organized and professional. I can't say enough about what a great experience I had with Jacob for an acupuncture treatment. I got an appointment with Jacob after waking up in agony with frozen shoulder. Even if I didn't move it, I was in a lot of pain. I had already experienced frozen shoulder on my other side several years before, so I knew I was in for a long recovery. What I didn't expect this time around was to be able to move my arm relatively pain free in a matter of days. I received treatment in the late afternoon of my first day with frozen shoulder. As expected day two did not see much improvement, but when I woke up on day three, I could feel a significant improvement, including no throbbing or any pain when my arm was immobile, and much less pain when I did move it, although movement was limited. By day four, I had about 75% mobility, and very little pain. By day 5 I had almost complete mobility and only experienced pain when my arm was fully extended or when trying to use pressure or lift weight. I went back for a second treatment on day 7 and by then I had almost 100% mobility and no pain unless I tried to lift something relatively heavy above my shoulder. Without the acupuncture treatment, I believe I would still be in significant discomfort with relatively little mobility. Thank you Jacob, I feel like I got off easy with this injury. You are a miracle worker.

I went to Wellington Health for an RMT massage, I’ve had others elsewhere and they’ve been good, but they never really found the spot that was causing the issue, Felicia worked some kind of magic and managed to find the spot that no one else had been able to find. The entire staff was knowledgeable and they were able to recommend other treatments that could benefit my wellness journey. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have had the opportunity to go to Wellington for massage and yoga. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. This space promotes healing. I have enjoyed every one of my experiences at Wellington and continue to look forward to each of my visits. Highly recommend.

I have had only great experiences at Wellington Natural Health. I've attended a yoga class, numerous Reflexology sessions, and am set to enjoy a massage in the near future. So many great services to choose from. The receptionists and owners are lovely people. The atmosphere is so calming and restorative, and it's always so clean.

A beautiful place for so many different needs. We have done acupuncture, meditation, therapy, and more here. The front staff are so beautifully welcoming and every service provider in here has so much value to provide to the community. Love it here!
