An excellent Real Estate Lawyer. He is thorough and has always provided great service. I have moved many times and each and every time he has been professional, diligent and if you want quality, he is the lawyer you want. Gives practical and smart advice. He is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate law and knows who to put you in contact with as needed. I have been to other lawyers who don't have time to talk to you or only see you for 2-3 mins and you're left wondering how things were done. Peter always has taken time to meet with me each and every time and also reviews things to make sure all is understood. I highly recommend him.

Amazing service. What should have been a straight forward sale and purchase could have easily turned into a nightmare when the purchasers of my house announced on date of closing that they were refused mortgage. This left me unable to close on my purchase. Peter worked with the lawyers on both sides, obtaining an extension for me while pushing for my buyers to get an approved mortgage. Three long and stressful weeks late but we managed to close on both ends. Peter kept me informed and as calm as I could be in the circumstances.Any and all expenses incurred due to the delay were charged to the purchasers. I highly recommend Peter.
