Probably one of the worst managed Tim's I've been to. I don't blame the employees at all. The problems are consistent across all employees which suggests management isn't paying attention and hasn't trained employees well.1) The employees don't know how to task stack and efficiently manage taking an order when compared to other Tim Horton's so they take longer than the average Tim Horton's would.2) They don't consistently label larger orders. For a downtown location dealing with businesses I've had multiple orders where the wraps aren't labelled. This means we don't know what food belongs to each person when it goes back to the office. This is a basic training issue and again a reflection of the management.3) The Ice Cap's seem to be more liquid than other locations and have less flavour? I'm not sure how they are made but they are made differently from the other locations.

Many times they have given me the wrong order. By wrong order I don’t mean someone else’s order. Once ordered a breakfast biscuit with egg and cheese only, but found bacon inside. Had to throw it out. Ordered orange pekoe with 1 cream 1 sugar (confirmed multiple times) to find out 2 cream and decaffeinated orange pekoe.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of encountering with Employe Named : Jai a who completely ruined my day. From their unprofessional demeanor to their lack of basic customer service skills, it was a complete disaster.First and foremost, the crew member displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. They were rude and dismissive right from the start, not even bothering to greet me with a smile or a simple hello. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there, and their negative attitude was palpable throughout the interaction.Moreover, their knowledge and competence were severely lacking. When I asked for assistance with a product, they seemed completely clueless and uninterested in helping me. Instead of providing accurate information, they gave vague and unhelpful responses, clearly showing their lack of training and product knowledge.Furthermore, the crew member's communication skills were abysmal. They spoke in a condescending tone, as if I should already know everything about their store and products. Their unwillingness to listen to my questions and concerns made me feel undervalued as a customer.To make matters worse, the Jai was incredibly slow and inefficient. It felt like they were intentionally taking their sweet time, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Their lack of urgency and poor time management only added to the overall disappointment of the experience.Lastly, their overall appearance was unprofessional and unkempt. It's important for employees to present themselves in a neat and tidy manner, but this crew member seemed more interested in their personal comfort than representing the company well.

Convenient location. The range of drinks and pastries is varied. Service is good and pleasant and smiling staff. Visitors are different. The bathroom is in terrible condition.

It was a hot day and we decided we needed a cold beverage. We entered and was greated with a warm welcome and took some time to go through the menu options. We decided to go with the gold lemonade and passion fruit options. We took a seat to wait for our beverage and in a matter minutes our drinks were ready. The drinks were very refreshing especially as it hot out. Overall, its a clean, very well organized and great place for a quick drink, hot or cold.

Employee named “ Jai “ was rude with me and on top of it they both were too slowly and wasted my 15mins just for one bowl. I had the worst experience just because of these kind of staff

Went today for quick coffee and ordered one muffin too. I would say the service was pathetic nobody was there to attend the customer perhaps they (employees) were busy talking each other. Finally after 8 mins i got my coffee and the taste was really aweful and as far as muffin concern seems like it wasn't fresh at all. Never go again to this location..

i had a bad experience at this location and i was trying to be calm at one worker and he got mad at me and use none acceptable language towards and i wouldn't reccomend going to the location at vendista square location tim hortons and they have a rude worker there. if this is going to keep up and i am never going to this location. they maintain who they hire and someone that will treat others with respect and good costumer service.

They need to put more attention to details and serve exactly what’s been ordered. Coffee didn’t taste good and doughnuts weren’t fresh either.
