No way this is a company that is working with their customers!!Have ordered a print on aluminium, looks AWFUL compared to the picture I print and see on my screen.I calibrate mine every week.They printed it way to red and green super unnatural!Every Time they keep asking for more and more pictures!I've send everything they asked for and still they want more.Never dealt with a company like this!!!!!

Order at your own risk. I chose this out of a several local Toronto options because I was ordering a Mother’s Day gift and they guaranteed delivery 1 week before Mother’s Day. Well, that was a lie. I was in touch with their customer service department every day for two weeks. Every day they assured me that there was just a small issue and I could expect it soon. Well, it finally shipped. Two days before Mother’s Day and it shipped…out of India. I’ve got a feeling it won’t arrive in time. This company is dishonest and manipulative. Do not trust them. They will take advantage of you and lie to you. They have lied just by listing their address as Toronto on this Google profile.

I paid extra premium for delivery for Christmas. The product did not arrive on time, and the company tried to give me store credit rather than a refund on the shipping price.The puzzle that we ordered as a gift is also poor quality. The pieces don't stay together very well, so it's hard to complete.I do not recommend this company.

I have used Canvaschamp for a few times and received about 18 canvases printed from them for myself and for my parents. Most of the time I receive my order a little before the expected date. The only one time my packages took a little longer to come but that was Christmas/New Year so it was understandable. Packages were always carefully wrapped and I never had problem with the printing quality (The only one issue I had was coming from my own picture's quality. I thought the resolution was okay and didn't receive a warning message when I uploaded to the website). I also find their pricing is very affordable and because of all these reasons I always go back to them (doesn't matter printed in Canada or India)

I recently had a canvas print created and my order was perfect. I had no issues, the order shipped quickly (less than a week, though they are located in India), it was well packaged for shipping and the canvas product was flawless. I am not sure why all the negative reviews. I would highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. They ignore your problems or end chats on you in the middle of trying to have a conversation. I even paid extra for their professional inspection" to make sure it comes out in proper quality. The prints came out wrinkled and the frames bent. I sent them pictures and they can't even see what's wrong with it. Goes to show that they don't have the eye for quality. Also its not a Canadian company at all

Glad I read these reviews, apart from the fact that this business isn't supporting the local workforce is one thing, but the shabby products and customer service issues, I'm not the least bit suprised now if the prints come from India. Maybe the local photo labs should smarten up and not charge $5 for a basic 8 x10.....these were $2 before covid!!! Venezelian inflation I guess.

I ordered a 30 x 30 canvas print of a painting that my son had done on a very small canvas. I didn't think to check the reviews here first and I was shocked to see such bad ratings. I probably wouldn't have ordered if I had seen the ratings first. I had compared prices with a few other companies and as far as what I had found, this company had the best price. I was surprised to see that it was shipping from India and I was definitely worried about the condition it would arrive in. It arrived fairly quickly and was in good condition except for the two top corners. Both corners were slightly damaged and I had to add some color to the corners to hide the damage. Once up on the wall, you don't notice though. I would definitely like to suggest to the company that they add some foam or cardboard bumpers to each corner. It is a small thing to do, but it can make a huge difference. The quality of the picture and colors was not the best but I had expected that it wouldn't look as nice as the original picture. It actually looks a lot nicer when I look at it from afar. Up close, it's not as nice. Overall, I do not regret my purchase, I had been wanting to do this for years.

As I read many of the very negative reviews, I should have steered away from this company. I ordered 4, 5 X 7 photos that were to be mounted in acrylic with 2 bases. I received my order and the pictures looked good however when I when to slide the picture into the slotted stand, also made of clear acrylic plastic it felt extremely tight. As I pushed it, trying to get it seated the base broke and scraped the bottom of the picture that was of my deceased wife. I contacted the company who offered me a refund on one base. They did not offer me a new base that actually fit or to replace the damaged picture. I took the refund and later asked if I could purchase two new bases that actually fit my pictures. The company emailed me a response stating that they do not supply separate bases. What kind of business is this, wow. I would never uses this company again and would suggest no one else use it. Terrible customer service and product fitment.

Very disappointing experience. I wish I had checked their actual reviews beforehand. On their website they link to 4.4/5 stars, but I can see here many other customers have had the same disappointing experience I have.I ordered 1 metal print and 2 acrylic prints (only the metal print has arrived). The metal image arrived scratched, not aligned to the edges of the metal (theres a white spot in the top right corner where you can see the image is crooked), and the quality of the printing is very grainy and dull.CanvasChamp has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, yet their options to fix this are either a refund of 20% of the price, or a reprint - which I have no faith in considering the quality of what I received and other recent reviews. They tried to say the scratches were caused by FedEx, but the packaging arrived in tact with no apparent damage, so this seems unlikely - nor does it explain the other issues. I will not be shopping with CanvasChamp again.
