Go here if you want to feel like less of a human being because you're not a plumber. Seriously, you will be talked down to like a child and corrected for not using the right terminology. Most businesses are happy to make more sales and help their customers at the same time. Not this one. They seem to exist to put you in your place and make you regret ever trying to fix or install something a plumber might do.

What a great business on the coast the customer service was amazing. I called ahead just to be sure of their hours and if they had what I needed and they went above and beyond to make sure no time was wasted. The man on the phone also informed me of their hours closing time 4 o’clock for regular customers which is completely reasonable. From beginning to end fast efficient exceptional service.

Went there at 4:15 pm. Knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Door was locked. Guy comes out and says they only do retail until 4, and they won’t serve me because I don’t have an account. I wish they posted details such as this on there website, this way people wouldn’t waste their time and gas trying to spend local with Noble :(

I asked for guidance on what parts I needed for a repair, and instead was grilled with belittling questions and challenged on my capacity to do the job. I left empty handed and won’t be back. In sharing my experience with colleagues, I have learned that my experience is not an uncommon one from this business.
