Thoroughly enjoyed the foot care service provided by Andrea. She's personable and does a great job. It would be even better if the services were provided in a zen environment with dim light and very soft music in the background.

Beautiful space, lots of free parking. (Bonus that it is above Fidelice. Lol)Appointments were on time, the office called to remind me of my upcoming appointment. Dr. Alexandre is professional, competent, takes his time to explain everything. Bilingual. The orthotics that were made fit well. The podiatrist shaved them down to custom fit me with my different shoes.

Dre. Trudeau is amazing!! I had a bad experience with my foot before and she was so fast but so cautious and always making me feel secure about the procedure. I didn’t feel any pain and she always checked to make sure I was comfortable. Definitely recommend to everyone. She’s very professional but very sweet and the nurse was amazing as well!

Very disappointed, 3rd time going and each time it gets worse. They charge way to much, $135 for treatment that I need to tell them what to do, the nurse was new the last 2 weeks and really didn't know what she was doing...Doctor came in and put one drop of medication on my callus and a band-aid and charged $50 for this service plus the regular charge for a visit of $85.00. I could have stayed home and done a better job myself and it would have been much cheaper...I will never be going back...

All of the Podiatrists at this clinic are excellent. I originally came here because I had a painful callous on the bottom of my foot. As it turns out, underneath the callous was a piece of glass and this was resolved in one (1) treatment.I was referred here by my Pharmacist, who gave me two (2) choices in Aylmer. I chose this location because Fidélice is right downstairs.What I like about this clinic, is that they will give you tips on how to eliminate pain during the foot care session. When you come back they will ask you, if the pain is gone (the solution for me was to stop going barefoot in the house). If it is not, they may offer a new solution or then ask you to book a consult.I really respect this clinic because it is not just about the money. They care about helping you.

I visited with Dre. Julie and I was so happy I did. I have gone to others for orthotics and was never overly happy with them. She took the time to fully understand my needs and my job that required a certain type of orthotics. I received them and could not be happier! She shows her professionalism and listening skills when dealing with her clients!

Started using Pied Outaouais this year. I had no idea how pampered they would make me feel. My problem was fixed and I will continue to be a customer. My visits have been a joy with a friendly greeting from Louis to great gentle work from Roxane. I am a very happy customer.

Dre Gauvreau is a rare gem! Not only she is super competent, she is also genuinely caring for her client. She goes above and beyond to support people with their needs. She is someone truly special and I highly recommend her.

There was no quote or indication of price for the orthodics that were prescribed for me and this was my first appointment having my feet assessed.The first visit cost $850, I emailed and called multiple times to schedule my follow up appointment after 6month because my orthodics were not working well and had no response.I would not recommend based on my experience.
