While I'm sure the other rooms are lovely, I could not recommend the economy suite to anyone. Smaller than a motel room and about double the price. Paying $130 for a tiny room with sparse outlets and one little bar of soap to split between the sink and the shower felt silly.

The Pier 5 room has a queen bed. It is only average. I couldn't find a hairdryer luckily I brought my own. The room appears to have a slope to it. We didn't have the breakfast yet so can't comment on that. The registration was efficient and you paid up front. The owner wasn't particularly chatty and didn't ask about any diatary issues. At registration you choose your breakfast time as she can't seat all at once. The room bathroom is quite small. There is air conditioning in the room. The bed was quite firm. Overall this is average. We did stay at much nicer places on this trip.

Amazing experience! Super clean room, beautiful and cute decorations and a really comfortable bed! Really all you could ask for. Air conditioner worked awesome. Super pretty sunrise in the morning from my window! :) 10/10 stay, loved it!!!

Fantastic host; great breakfast; the place is not close but about 20 minutes from downtown unless you are in traffic.

This is my second stay in 2 weeks. The location is excellent if you are taking the ferry. The host is very nice as is the breakfast. For this summer pay in cash is recommended. No credit cards. The room is clean, with wood flooring. Rooms have AC. Less than 5 min walk to Tims and other restaurants. Rooms have fridge and microwave.

Great location and price. Cannot say enough good things about this B&B. Not only were you within walking distance of some great restaurants, but the harbor view from my room window was superb. The room was clean and comfortable. The icing on the cake was the owner, Heather, who really cares about her guests. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hub-spot. Excellent breakfast. Warm and friendly Innkeeper. Heather made our 4 day stay extra special! Clean, and comfortable and book every single night! This is a 125 year old place that has been gently restored with love. Heather was very helpful and a joy to chat with. We already miss you!

Heather was amazing and friendly!! Very clean and comfortable!! Breakfast was delicious and too much food!! LolShe is wide open and ready for business now that Covid restrictions are lifting. Heather does though take every precaution to keep her guests safe and happy. I highly recommend this B& B in North Sydney!!!

Room was cute and super clean... except for 2 things... we couldn't use the A/C because it was making an awful sound and couldn't turn on the ceiling fan because it was also making noise, so we spent the night in the heat.Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs with 2 tiny sausages, a small piece of mango and 2 pieces of toast. No questions were asked of allergies or preferences for what we wanted. We were told to sit down and were served.
