My Table Tennis Club Markham

I bought a Double Fish table from My Table Tennis. Ray and his crew helped deliver and install the table to my basement. Ray is very passionate about the sport and he is very professional. The overall purchase experience is excellent and communication is prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

Charged me for a class because I could not make it to my class as I felt sick during the morning and had low blood pressure. They expect me to inform 24 hours in advance of my sickness. I told them that I can faint if I play. I was told that coach Michael is not happy that he had time booked for me so he will charge for his time even though I informed 2 hours before the class. If I was coach Michael I would have been considerate towards my students given we all are humans and can have emergencies. If I was the owner of TT club , I would have worked with coach Michael to develop an understanding about genuine cases like this and form a policy for students that are sick. Clearly, no efforts made from owner or coach's side. Punishment is the way to going!!! hope that you make good use of my class money and donate it to someone in need like I just donated to you. I will never return to this club ever.Update : Business claims my absence rate was 100% , however, I booked only 3 classes out of which 2 were attended as scheduled and remaining one was the one for which I had fallen sick. Not sure how that translates to 100%. Lying is even worse than stealing.

Very very bad experience! For the first visit that we had they charged 12 dollars for entry per person for max 2 hours! Then each rocket for rent was 4 dollars. Believe it or not they charged 3 dollars for renting a ball which is worth less than 70 cents!!! So angry and disappointed!!!

Purchased a recreational table for my son’s birthday . Very pleased with the service and knowledge of the staff. Quality Double Fish table. The staff was very accommodating with slight packaging issue. They fixed the issue immediately and were very apologetic. The facility looks very professional...I wish I lived closer so that I could join a recreational/competitive league! Thanks for all of your service!

Great place to drop in and play ping pong! Tons of tables and barriers set up between sections, and the floors are all specialized for table tennis (better grip and the balls don't bounce on them). The people there are really nice too, as I play with a ton of players better than me and are willing to teach me proper playing habits. They even have 1 on 1 lessons with instructors.They have hourly (2 hours at a time), monthly, annual, and other types of memberships. Open all days of the year too so you can always get your ping pong fix.

I got a ping pong training robot from this place and I'm very satisfied with the quality and support! The robot came with a 1 year warranty. The robot had a minor issue after a few month but the customer support exceeded my expectations. I totally recommend shopping from them, and most probably will be back to buy another robot for a friend soon.

Took my visiting sister's family there for some fun. The existing members welcomed us with open arms. We played happily for an hour before the attendant opened up the office. They enjoyed the Canadian experience very much

Amazing place for table tennis tournament!!

I love My Table Tennis Centre! Great staff, always helpful. If you need any help, Rays is there to help you. I played junior table tennis many years ago and came back to play after 50 years. I didn’t know anybody to play with. Rays helped set me up with lessons (thanx so much Michael) and people to play with. My game has improved immensely and I love it!!
