I would highly recommend Sarah and/or Joseph. Twice now, I have been out of commission and they helped me back to being a functioning human again. Pain is gone and mobility is back. They really listen to you and find a solution that works for you. Very thorough and caring.

After surviving a horrific accident five years ago and dealing with chronic pain, injections, medications and dozens of health care practitioners. I decided to look elsewhere for relief, turning to TCM in hopes it would help.Sarah took the time to analyze me carefully and after the very first treatment I could feel major results. It's been less than one year and my pain is almost gone!! My overall health has improved immensely and I'm starting to feel like I can take on daily challenges that I was afraid I could never do again. Sarah is compassionate, gentle and kind, Sarah has changed my life and I can't thank her enough for helping me on my journey to recovery.

I had a lower back injury. Went to a chiro, waited a week, no change to the pain. So my coworker suggested to try acupuncture. Contrast is near to my work and saw the nice reviews and thought of giving it a shot. So glad that I took that decision. Took appointment with Sarah. She would spend time to understand your physical condition. After my appointment, the pain was gone about 90% the next day!! I was amazed! This will be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend!!

After several years of suffering from fibromyalgia, Sarah helped me improve my energy level and, the chronic pain is less. The care and experience I had at Contrast Health has been absolutely amazing. I had been suffering from pain, headaches, and migraines stemming from a car accident a few years ago that just would reoccur continuously even with physiotherapy. Over a course of treatments including acupuncture, cupping, Chinese medicine, and moxa treatments my pain significantly decreased and didn't reoccur with the same intensity. Sarah was absolutely amazing in explaining the treatments and in the application of said treatments. She's an amazing practitioner and I would highly recommend this practice if you're looking to explore Chinese medicine and treatment.

Highly recommended! Sarah is so amazing. She would spend time with you to get to know the areas that she needs to work on and you would really feel her genuineness to help you feel better.
