I had a leaking kitchen faucet and I contacted Rooter for helping with a plumber. They assigned Eric and mentioned that he'd be there within the hour. I'd asked for an ETA to be shared with me and Eric promptly called me and came over in about 15 mins.He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the existing faucet and found that the plastic inside the faucet had broken and a repair was not possible. He contacted my landlord and after discussion, quickly replaced the faucet with an old one that I had to restore the functionality. He recommended the landlord to avail the warranty as the faucet was new.His quick turnaround and professional attitude is well appreciated.

Ian M carried out clearing our sewer blockage and scoping the pipe to see why it keeps backing up. He informed us the old cast was rotting away and advised on the options to proceed. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, just overalll a pleasure to work with. Would recommend Mr Rooter.

The service is good, Derek was very professional and friendly, fixed the problem quickly and easily and gave some insight on what was the issue.The pricing though I found to be higher than usual, I guess since it's a large company? But really too much in my opinion.

Had an emergency with the shower, called them and had Eric come out within an hour to fix it! Great service, kept me informed throughout the whole process and did a great job. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

I had service done yesterday on a bathroom faucet, and we didn’t have any shut off valves so we were without water until Masharo came by. He accessed the situation, went to Home Depot to get the needed supplies and fixed our issue. He was also very polite, took his shoes off at the door and treated everybody in the home. We are grateful to have gotten our problem fixed, and to have met Masharo. Excellent service, thank you!

Sheldon L. Was amazing! We had purchased a vanity before removing the previous and unfortunately the drain and hot water supplies were not in line with the new vanity. After quick explanation he completed the job and kept checking in with us, overall great experience!Also 1 day job helps our Reno go by alot quicker!

I called in the morning to see if there was a possibility of having somebody come to give me a quote to install a faucet in my backyard. I was able to have somebody come same day and after doing an inspection and listening clearly to what I was looking to have done, he was able to do the service immediately. Eric M was professional, kind and patient in explaining what needed to be done. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. Best part - not only was he tolerant of my very friendly and interested dogs and cat, he took the time to get down on the floor, meet them properly and was incredibly kind and patient with them, as well as cautious and considerate he didn't let them out the front door or step on them while going through the house. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing yesterday. They gave me an appointment to investigate the issue for the next day. The technician, Gordon Hall, was at our place on time. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.He found the issue and he fixed it right after the investigation (I did not have to wait for another appointment) . He presented me with different quotes to also consider a couple of improvements of the plumbing system. It was a pleasure to deal with this company, with Gordon; good quality of the service, good value.I recommend this company.
