This company as a whole is one of the hardest to deal with. I ordered sheets online that were the worst quality I’ve ever felt and seen. Good luck returning anything under the 30 day policy because it’s a joke. You can’t ever get a hold of customer service and you have to “request a refund” which takes over a week for them to even approve and send a label, I almost missed my return window while waiting for the so called customer service to email me back and approve the refund which I can bet will be declined. Shop elsewhere and save your time.

Racial profiling Is getting worse daily the blacks do the hardest work in this country but r seen as criminals I went to winners nearby and bought a sheet set as u know we don't get back . I had it in my hand walk in to this store - there was a white woman walking around. Worker saw we came in and started following me after she was standing behind the counter while white woman walking around. She came over and ask if she can help me I was so upset because she only came because she saw I had something in my hand coming in . I put her in her place and then she went to the white woman asking if she need help so my question here if I didn't walk in were u not going to ask the white woman if she need help ? Why u waited till a black woman walk in to come on the floor? I will never go back there

I enjoyed walking around the store. Unfortunately, I didn't find many options for sales. I bought three sets of silk pillow cases online, and they sent me colours i didnt like and one was stained or looked like it had mold on it. So I went into the store to return and see if i could find any onsite. Unfortunately, there was not much options except for a few colours that I didnt fancy at all, so ended up returning all three.The sales clerk was really helpful and friendly, so the staff is great.

It didn’t allow me leave review before…so it’s for December 2022.Placed an order 5 hours ago online as it’s saying curbside pickup within 2 hours…which is definitely not that fast. Felt frustrating for the online shopping experience already but still bought it at this store. Fully understandable it was not the store fault as it was an online website order, but very disappointing for the front cashier…. Not even provided me a bag after purchasing, and didn’t ask if I need, just left receipt and item there, and I’m not saying any words or putting any of my angry on her at all on my whole purchase…but at the end why she gave me attitude? It was my first time shop in there and also the last time.

Just dont bother shipping items to their store. you wont receive it months even though it says 3 weeks. and when you go to pickup after you get the email product is there, it actually wont be there. Even if you order items back to back, you wont receive them at the same time. I have made over 10 calls for two orders costing less than 40 bucks. Had to go twice to pickup the same order and both time were made to wait 20 -30 mins because first time product was missing and second time took forever to bring it out even though i requested them to bring out items beforehand so they dont make us wait so long again..and they kept saying two minutes. it made my spouse late to work and inturn losing more money not to mention the 30 mins drive each day. have never had such frustrating experience shopping online. The workers were polite but their service could really use some work. Excuses arent good enough for a company that big. Need to work on online orde4s and in store service.

I’m an existing customer, and I’m trying really hard to love this Canadian store, but have regularly felt that the customer service is sketchy; poor at best— either excellent friendly attention , or making me feel like I’m an imposition! I called to ask today if they had an item by name (from today’s sales flyer) to buy today… and was expected to have a “sku” on hand (which is not listed in the flyer), presumably to make her job easier to check. I was told it was on their website, and was astounded that when I politely asked if she wanted me to go to their website to get the sku and call her back, she thought that would be good! Lost sale - l’m walking away and not buying the item.

UPDATE: do not provide them with your email address unless you want infinite spam! Unsubb'ing off their list does nothing, you need to block them.----Reading the other reviews, it looks like a consistent theme of lackluster customer service in-store... And unfortunately it was a similar situation for me as well. First time visiting one of their stores (as I live outside of the GTA) and wanted an espresso machine that I found on sale via their website.Nobody approached me for assistance, even after physically inspecting and moving their machines around to plug it in and see how they look powered on. Had to approach a sales employee for help. I ordered it in-store for it to be shipped because it wasn't in stock.. No timeframe could be provided for shipment which made me feel uneasy.Ended up finding another online retailer that did have it in stock and ready for shipment (and cheaper), went back to the store to return. Asked if they would entertain price matching and the employees' response was if you told us you were shopping around before buying it we could've done something" which I'm sure had no ill intent but still comes off the wrong way.For what it's worth

Had the sweetest, friendliest cashier for a pillow pick-up a few weeks ago. Didn't catch her name but she is in school and made the visit memorable. The sales are great - otherwise, the store is a little pricy. Would give 5 stars if I learned about any strong worker pay & benefits/environmental commitment programs.
