We had a fantastic experience with Castle Appliances. Have called on them for many years.They booked the day, then called in the morning to verify the time. Arrived right on the scheduled time. Went above and beyond to explain what was needed to fix and what the cost would be. Called back when the part was in and booked a day to install.Looked at 3 different appliance and was able to help fix. Even worked together to find the proper adhesive for the stove door that worked very well.Highly recommend and will recommend to others in the future. 5 stars

After a disastrous experience with Murphy’s Appliance, I called on Castle Appliance. They responded quickly and had the repair done in 35 min at 1/3 the price. The tech. Was neat efficient and polite and completely explained everything to me! Excellent service! Will call again if needed!

Second time I dealt with these guys for a product. First time there was a long wait time for item this last time they ordered me the wrong unit. They were way to eager to process my card to get my money, did not write down any Info on item I wanted and in yur ordered the wrong one for me. Tells me they sent an email with 5 items on there and the one I wanted wasn't so when called to order deep unit. I still did not get what I want. And claimed they covered their ass by sending me an email with the 5 I didn't want and accused me of not checking the model numbers of the ones online. Rude and to dam eager to take your money. And figures they are not wrong. I will be making sure I do not contact them again on anything. Wish I could do negative star as I would

Absolutely the best customer service. I've used these guys on 3 different appliances over the years and each time they correctly diagnose the problems and were able to fix them. They are very reliable and honest about what needs to be fixed and don't try to make you replace things that don't need replacing. I've recommend them to my neighbours as well and they've received the same wonderful service.

They were prompt, friendly, knowledgable, and did not engage in price-gouging like the last repair technician I had hired. I will definitely use Castle Appliance again.
