Has to be the worst store. I haven’t seen a store where cashier says, “put the hat back to where you picked it from. I’m not here to clean up after the grown-ups!!”The least you can do is be respectful when you something like that!

Worst customer service ever. When in retail you should try to be polite & inviting. Drop $110 on 2 hats and not even a “Thanks”

I found a hat I wanted but they didn't have my size, I asked the sales associate if he could check online if another store was carrying this hat, he said no I have to call myself. I was shocked about his customer service skills, well the lack of his customer service skills. This is the Lids Store in Vaughan Mills.

Absolutely zero stars for this business.The young man at the cash would not accept a $50 bill. His exact reason was “I have absolutely no change in the register”. I asked how that’s possible. Answer “it’s Sunday the banks are closed”. Then he says “why don’t you believe me? Why would I lie?”My wife comes in with he correct change and guess what, he opens the register and it is full of cash. Quickly his story changes and he tries telling me he said he had no $5 bill to give me. That’s fair but he has lots of two’s and ones.What is wrong with this business and this employee Isham (maybe spelled wrong). Canadian currency should be accepted everywhere in this country and for someone to flat out lie to a customer is unacceptable. Would never have made this purchase but it was a gift for my son that I had to get.

Costumer service does not exits here. Instead of providing helpful kind service, they rather laugh at a costumer and do not think there is anything wrong with that, but rather admit they laughed. If you can’t provide kind service and help someone who doesn’t speak the language then don’t work in costumer service.

Went there today and I have never in my life seen customer service as horrible as today. Not only was I not told about the embroidery wait time, the guy with the ponytail said “you need to listen actively” as the other lady was checking out another customer, where she told the other customer about customization wait times. The guy had an attitude with me from the start and seemed as if he did not want to be there. I’m not the type of person to write reviews. Usually customers are rude to the employees, not the other way around. Unprofessional, uncalled for and unnecessary.

Very bad service! No attention to the customers at all. Always staring the customers down from head to toe judging them. Wasted my penny for no reason. Corporate needs to take care of these disrespectful service. Will never suggest to anyone.

This place doesnt even deserve a single star. The manager KAREY working today was desrespectful to an extent that is beyond humanity. Spoiled my entire family’s day. I know no one is going to address this but just a headsup to everyone.
