They have click-bait pricing online, when you call they say the prices on the website is outdated. They quoted me a price for process serving that's 40% more than what's on their website. So they know their prices are not accurate, yet they are not updating them - which takes literally 2 minutes. The guy was also very rude when I told him he should honour the prices advertised. On top of that, they have Google Map addresses all over South Central Ontario, but the overwhelming majority are just virtual offices where they receive mail. So in other words, you think they're local, but they're not at all, so either driving over to their actual location to provide the document, or have them print it on your behalf ends up costing even MORE. Very crass business practices in my opinion.
