Just Framing

Pretty disappointed with our experience with this place. They have an excellent reputation and that's why I initially overlooked the fact they charge more than other places. After dropping off the art, I called them to alter our order and had what I thought was a clear conversation about what we wanted and that this order had the green light to proceed (Sheldon literally said OK we will remove the hold and start this right away). It was to be completed by the end of the first week of the new year (their quote for time). Over two weeks later

I also went in late in the day on a Saturday and was dealt with in a calm, no rush manner. It was a pleasure to work with the owner to finish up my framing project just in time for Christmas. Price was excellent. Small town service.

Sheldon was super helpful with my questions on Canvas bars and was very knowledgable in various options and supplies for some large format printing techniques. Thank you.

Terrible service. Three weeks late. Had to come back three times because door is constantly locked during business hours. Rude on phone while trying to SCHEDULE a pickup (once again during normal business hours) and rude during pickup. There is another framing shop 20' down the street. Give your money to them instead.

I had my first picture framed with Just Framing today. They were efficient, friendly and did a beautiful job framing our painting. I would certainly deal with this company again in the future. Thanks again for a great job!

Got 2 prints framed here today in under an hour! The owner went out of his way to find good used frames that saved me big time, and the money was better spent on the matte glass that doesn't reflect and looks invisible! I'm so relieved I didn't try to do it myself and left it to an expert, I'd never heard of backing or matte glass!! I had one of my favourite prints that had a bit of damage from being placed in storage for awhile. I am new to the Duncan area and a friend suggested Just Framing. I couldn’t have been more pleased! The service was amazing. His knowledge was so helpful and the time it took him to do the repairs was incredibly quick and inexpensive. I will continue to use Just Framing as my framing choice. I will also gladly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for the great service!

I asked for a simple frame to replace a piece of garbage that literally fell off our wall from London Drugs. Just Framing quoted a week turn around, delivered early with the frame I asked for at the affordable price I was promised.

This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I had two expensive Keith Hiscock signed prints on consignment here. He did not advise me what he would sell them for so assumed he would contact me if he had an offer. Well after some time when I went to pick them up he told me he sold them for $15 and $25. I was shocked and could of hung them in my garage for that price. After I complained bitterly in the store and there were customers in there, he and his staff member wanted to ensure I didn't get too upset in front of the customers. He later that day agreed to give me $100 for both (which I wasn't happy about) but changed his mind about giving me the glass and frames. When I picked up the cheque to advise I was picking it up under dispute" as I wanted my glass and frames back

This review is a year over due. I do remember like it was yesterday since I needed a nice frame for a picture taken of my late Father. Time was a factor, as I needed the picture framed before his funeral. I was overtaken with emotions and simply asked the owner if he could do it... I had no specifications I just wanted something nice... and he did an exceptional job.. I was truly impressed with the final product and saw the craftmanship/ attention to detail. The price seemed expensive but I would not hesitate to pay it again. I believe good craftmanship costs what it costs. Also... I didnt really have a budget or specify any limitations. Lastly, it was the first custom framing job I have ever had done so I had no 'frame' of reference!
