Silver Springs Preschool

My youngest son attended the 4 year olds M/W/F program, the teachers are absolutely amazing. They cared, fostered and nurtured my son to enable him to grow, develop and explore. Cannot recommend this program enough, I wish I had known about it for my oldest son as I would have sent him also

My daughter adores this preschool. She comes home full of knowledge and energy. The attention to each child and their needs is truly incredible. We're so looking forward to the full day program next year!

Our son has attended the preschool for the second year. The teachers are patient, plus they work closely with your child to make sure that your child has a positive, successful year. Our son loves going and is always asking if it’s a school day. The school offers gym time where the kids can play on all the equipment ( the scooter cars, the balance beams etc..). The preschool offers a wonderful music class as well as outdoor play when the weather is nice. There are so many things that the Silver Springs Preschool offers, our son LOVES attending the preschool.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Our daughter is in the 3 year old class and she absolutely adores her teachers and classmates. The care, attention, and patient teaching Ms. Anderson & Mrs. McLeod give to the children has far exceeded any of our hopes for a 3 year old program. From the amazing crafts and fun stories our daughter brings home daily she is fully engaged and this is a credit to her wonderful teachers!The classes are conducted inside the Silver Spring's Community Center in a separate location from the daily business and programs the Community Center provides. The classes are very clean, safe and in a kid friendly environment (kid washrooms, individual classroom's, separate Gym/Activity area). The program also does a TON of outdoor activities utilizing all the great amenities & sport courts just outside the building for the kids to run, play and burn off some energy.In what may have been a heavy time over the last few years to be a parent with the restrictions, what is best/safe for not only our kids but our extended families, and is now the right time and is this the right program?!? For us personally, we unequivocally made the right decision and could not be more thrilled with our daughters progress in the program and how excited she is to go to class every Tuesday and Thursday. She is enrolled in the all-day 4 year old program for next year.We just wanted to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to Ms. Anderson and Mrs. McLeod for your caring and positive attitude and experience not only for the kids but us parents as well..!! Kudos!!

Silver Springs Preschool is a safe and enriching learning environment for all kiddos. I went to this preschool as a child and have sent both my children here. All the teachers are caring, dedicated, and invested in the education and well-being of all students. They have a fantastic program that incorporates play based learning as well as keeps the kids active, engaged, and allows for a variety of learning opportunities in the classroom, in the gym, and in their outdoor space. My kids were exposed to many different experiences, activities, field trips (both in school and off site). They had many opportunities to walk to the ravine near the school and learn from nature and the classroom built on many of the foundational skills necessary to prepare them for kindergarten based on each child’s readiness level in a pressure free environment. I also had lots of opportunities to volunteer in the classroom. Both my kids absolutely loved the teachers and their first experience and exposure to a school setting. I would recommend this preschool to anyone with 3/4 year old kiddos!

This is an amazing preschool. Our daughter loves going there and always comes home raving about how much fun she had. We are all a little sad that this will be her last year. We will for sure enroll our other daughter for the 3 year old program when the time comes.

My grandson goes here. I have to say this is one of my favorite preschools. The teachers are amazing. My grandson started of not knowning very much but now he has changed and speeking pretty good. Best teaches every.

Silver Springs Pre School is amazing. Our daughter has attended the school for two years and we have had nothing but great experiences. The teachers and support staff are all very welcoming, patient and knowledgeable with this age group.Not only is the learning aspect great, the children are provided with so many other opportunities such as sledding, skating and bike riding.

Great preschool. Very caring teachers. This is the second year my daughter attending this preschool and it was great year. My daughter has improved a lot. She is always very excited to go to school. I recommend them to every parents.

I would highly recommend the Silver Springs preschool to any family. The teachers are so warm and welcoming. My son is in the 3 year old class, he looks forward to going. He runs into the school each day and he talks about his teachers and asks everyday if it’s a school day. The Teacher is at the door waiting to welcome each of the students. If your child struggles with going to class or with learning skills the teachers take the time to engage one on one. The teachers also keep the parents informed.Great school
