CORRECTED: I did receive a partial refund, due to my complaints on social media. My take-away is that there needs to be more education about how bad these cube trucks are when they do not have winter tires. If they are not on dry pavement, they will get stuck (loaded and unloaded).There were no winter tires on the moving truck I rented (which is legal). I had to get it towed several times (even on flat snowy ground) to complete my move. If the truck isn’t on dry pavement it will spin out. I’m so lucky I survived driving it, I could easily have been in the ditch or a major car accident.The only reason uhaul picked up the truck in the end is because it was a newer truck under warranty-otherwise I’d still have it stuck in my flat driveway of hard packed snow and have to pay to get it towed.

Prompt and friendly service. Beware however if driving winter roads - Uhaul trucks only run all season tires.

Absolutely useless. Charged more then they was supposed to wrote it down as deposit as the payment and payment as deposit.. Therefore I only get back under half of what I should. Because uhaul is independently owned one garbage business owner won't pay for the mistake of a even more garbage company.. I'd say use the compation but they own that too.. Nothing about it any more communist then the shotty town it's selfWhen you call in to get a refund.. (if you can catch them open.. They work shorter hours then your local banker, if they show up to open when they say they are.. And God forbid it be on a weekend LIKE WHO MOVES ON A WEEKEND GOOD GRIEF cause they are too important to be open an a weekend... Bankers remember)Save yourself a big headache and a hundred bucks go to Salmo or cgar this sub par company does not deserve your money

Very helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere the girls working were very patient with us while we sorted out a few kinks on our end of things and once we got it all figured out they had us out the door and on the road in no time! Appreciate you’re guys help getting us to our new home!
