I had several quotes and AllStar was very fair on the price that was also reflected in the excellent service provided. All that was promissed was done, but what made it more special was the excellent and effective communication. They take their employee and site safety seriously. Not the cheapest company out there but sometimes you get what you pay for. The office staff was professional and a pleasure to deal with. The roofers were on time and they did an excellent job with the cleanup. The roof looks great and I am confident I won't have to worry about my roof for a long time. This company has excellent warranties too and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Being an out of town investor we felt confident using Nigel because of how responsive and professional they were. We needed a roof repair done and the process was seamless. Sent Nigel a picture of the damage, he provided a rough estimate based on the picture and had someone go in to fix it the very next day. When the bill came, it was exactly what he had said it would cost. Very pleased with their service. Would definitely recommend.

This is a really wonderful company. The office staff (Nigel) and the workmanship were both outstanding. They are very professional, efficient, honest, friendly and pay attention to details in every step of the way. And the guys cleaned everything up before they left. They did an excellent job. Such a wonderful company!! The customer service and the workmanship were both outstanding! I had such anxiety when I realised we needed a roof repair and All Star made it such a painless process. Honest and fair every step of the way! And the guys cleaned everything up before they left and we're done a lot quicker than I expected them to be! Will definitely use again when it's time to replace the roof!

We had wind and water damage on our garage roof. All Star roofing came to our rescue all the way to Wallaceburg in the pouring rain. With a 3 week old new born and the rain that won't stop my husband and I were beside ourselves. Nigel the owner messaged me and let me know that he was sending someone right away, on a Saturday, and we couldn't be more happy that they came and fixed our roof. Thank you All Star Roofing for amazing customer service. My husband and I can't thank you enough. We will definitely be contacting you for any future repairs or services.
