The builder has a rigid buying process. We were already pre-approved for a mortgage much higher than the price of their single family home. They forced us to go redo the pre-approval again with one of their broker.The person in charges of doing the visits knew nothing about the house. We couldn’t ask any questions about the house.The person in charge of sale was distant and wouldn’t return our calls.Actually we are glad the process was painful because we ended up buying a much nicer home in Collectivité Nouvelle.Message to the builder: The houses looks good. Prices are reasonable. Your terrible sales process is the reason you still have inventory available. Work on closing your sales.
