Zoey was the salesperson who helped us when we visited on Saturday. She was attentive, personable, and able to field our many questions. She helped us with measurements for many different pieces and had alternatives on hand, either in store or through pictures. Delivery of most of our pieces came today, right on schedule. Alex moved and assembled our furniture with care and efficiency and was also very friendly and helpful! Overall, a great experience with TJY furniture. We are now waiting for our final piece which is scheduled to come in a couple months.

Got bait and switched here, wasted weeks of planning.Initially offered 50-70% off everything. When it got time to put the money down, suddenly the best they can do is 30% off. Wasted weeks of planning, and in the end we were back to square one for furniture design and acquisition.Don't give anyone your phone # in this store. The sales people are sharks.

Bought one final sale bed, and deliveryman found it cannot be moved to second floor, they managed to refund the bed but not $120 delivery fee. The sales named Zoey, she said they are not afraid to be sued, since final sale is final sale they are legally refuse to refund anything.
