Sunny and Jess captured our wedding day with such grace, authenticity and beauty that we cannot imagine anyone else being there for our wedding day. From the beginning to the end we felt honored, blessed and lucky to have this amazing husband and wife team there to capture our wedding day. Right from the first email we could see the professional nature that Deep Blue Photography held for their craft. Our wedding was made infinitely better by having chosen them to be part of such an important day. More than photographers, Sunny and Jess become part of our team and we feel blessed to have met them and so lucky to find this amazing photography dynamic duo! Our pictures are amazing and captured our family, friends and love in a real, genuine and loving way. Nothing more you can ask for.

When we picked Sunny and Jess as our wedding photographers we weren't sure what to expect. We have never had professional photos taken or worked with photographers before, and they exceeded our expectations in every way possible. To say that they are professional is an understatement. They both went above and beyond to make our day effortless and our wedding photos are stunning. They worked closely with us to really understand who we are as a couple and incorporated that into our photos. They both have a great sense of humour which put us at ease throughout the entire process and on our wedding day. They offered a ton of suggestions throughout the planning process, but were never pushy letting us ultimately make the decisions, and were fluid with last minute changes on our wedding day due to rain. They offered an experience that well exceeded what we were expecting going in. We could not imagine celebrating our day with anyone else. They are truly wonderful.

Felt so comfortable and they listen to the bride and groom only, no worries on pushy family members taking over. Took so many photos you could tell what was happening throughout the whole day like it was a video! So happy with how everything turned out!!

Sunny and Jess was our photographer for our destination wedding in Mexico. Sunny and Jess were fun and easy to get along. Though they were fun and we found them to be more friends than our hired photographers, they were very professional on the job.My husband does not perform well in front of cameras. Sunny and Jess were able to create a relaxing session for him to just be himself. They were able to capture all our moments perfectly.Certainly we day pay for their 7 day stay during out destination wedding, but they were not there for a vacation (in fact I had to encourage them to come out to Kareoke night). They day after we landed, Sunny and Jess were already on the ball exploring the resort throughout the day to find the best lighting for our special day. They truly are hard workers and GENIUS. Our wedding photos were fantastic!

Amazing photos, amazing photographers! Very professional and very comfortable to work with. You will absolutely love the work they do! Not only did we have engagement/wedding photos taken but Sunny and Jess took photos of everyone hanging out by the beach or playing beach volleyball.On our wedding day in Mexico, Sunny and Jess were our personal wedding coordinators making sure everyone was on time and keeping everyone up to date with any changes that took place.The locations of both our engagement and wedding photos were absolutely incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding photographers!

My now husband and I attended a wedding that Sunny & Jess photographed a few years ago. Their work was amazing and when we got engaged, we made sure we booked them for our big day. They are THE BEST. When they met with us, it was instantly comfortable. They are so friendly and helped us plan our day. They have so much wedding knowledge and were very quick with responses when we had questions. They are both so creative and having 2 photographers is awesome. They capture the views from both the bride and groom in a special way. Sunny & Jess are professional, creative, easy going and have become our family friends. We refer them to everyone we know and will definitely be using them for photo shoots of our fur babies, and (in the future) human babies.

When my fiancé and I got engaged, the first thing we looked into where photographers. We contacted Jess and Sunny and they ended up being our favorite vendors to deal with for our wedding (and yes, we were extremely happy with all of our vendors).We did our engagement photo shoot around a year in advance of our wedding and we were blown away by the results. We told them our vision and they were able to find the perfect locations and the afternoon felt like we were just hanging out with friends.We live in Red Deer and Jess and Sunny were always very accommodating with us. They came ahead of our wedding to view locations and after a short period of time had a great idea of what the plan for the wedding day would look like. Just like for our engagement shoot, the wedding day seemed more like we were hanging out with friends than working with a photographer. Sunny came to the house where I was getting ready with my groomsmen while Jess spent the morning with my wife and her bridesmaids as they were preparing. During the ceremony they were out of sight, but they were catching fantastic shots that really help us remember how great our day was… which is really nice as the whole ceremony went by in a flash.All of the photos after the ceremony went really smooth with a nice mix of goofy and serious photo’s and we had many compliments from friends and family about how fun our photographers were to work with. Support and communication through the whole process has been great and we can’t say enough good things about Jess and Sunny. We would highly recommend using them and would not hesitate to use them again!

So happy we went with Deep Blue Photography for our wedding. From our first meeting with Jess over zoom, to the whole wedding day, to the excitement to getting the photos we felt so much at ease and Jess really captured what we were looking for. It was a joy having them capture this important life moment for us.

Sunny and Jess are such phenomenal photographers and awesome people. They are honest, caring, and put so much work into providing quality service. You can tell they love what they do and their picture quality speaks for itself. They have done many photos for my family and it’s always a lovely experience as they accommodate our needs with 2 kids and a dog and are very patient. They also take pet photos which is great for lasting memories. I highly recommend Deep Blue photography as they are the best photographers in Edmonton for weddings, family and pet sessions.
