We have found him to be trustworthy with integrity, he keeps his word. Can drop off at his location or he can pick up at yours. He is not the sort of person to charge you for every little thing possible. Little things are looked after with no charge and leaves you with that precious feeling of being in the right place. He really does understand customer service and provides it, hands down. While our needs have not always been straight-forward, he has looked after us in a keen, speedy & professional manner. His pricing is reasonable. We really could not possibly be more pleased with what he provides & the way he goes about it. We will continue to return as he is the best in Durham Region !
