We purchased a womens LIV and received knowledgeable advice and friendly welcome from Rich. We were in the store two days in a row trying to make a decision, Rich helped us both days. He answered all our questions and he personally wanted to be sure we chose the right bike for the type of riding we do. Above and beyond care to be sure the bike fit my needs. Couldn't be happier! The staff was very helpful at the store when I had an issue with my bike. Even going to the extent of coming in on and off day to receive a rental bike that I needed to use to be able to complete a tour that we were doing.

Knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff. We enjoyed our rental experience so much we ended up renting bikes 3 days out of the 6 we were vacationing in Petoskey! My husband & I rented road bikes, but I also tried out an electric assist bike on another day. It was a different & fun way to get in 35+ miles of bike trails & hills! I had never tried one before, & renting from Latitude45 was a total pleasure! Thanks for adding to the joy of our vacation explorations via biking!
