Innisfil funeral homes handled both my grandparents funerals and they were nothing short of amazing!!! 17 years difference in the times of their passings and the services that were provided were fantastic. In your time of grieving the staff here are very empathetic and understanding. Highly recommend!

They REALLY need to find a better way of answering the phone DURING a funeral. Once I can understand, honest enough of a mistake but TWICE, come on! That was incompetance. So distracting, unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt bad for the family . Didn't provide enough chairs for the funeral either and when I asked for more they couldn't find any. Seriously?
