I started out with Insight working evenings and weekends as a part time job while attending university. Currently, I have been with the company for almost two years and my position has grown into managing the north Edmonton office. Insight is a great organization that allows me to grow with the business. Insight makes me feel like a valuable employee - my skills are utilized and I am challenged. It’s really great working for a company when you believe in what they do. The psychologists at Insight are very caring and compassionate and I have formed friendships with many of them.

I’m giving them a one star because I serious don’t think they really care about patient care. I have uncontrollable anxiety caused by an auto immune condition. I need to see someone. But every year they like to give themselves a 25.00 per hour raise. I just got another increase notice. So now to see someone who specializes in an area I need is now too expensive. There is literally no body in edmonton that I can see now unless I pay the 275.00 per hour they want. They take no consideration to the financial state the patient is in and basically say politely…your SOL!This review is intended for the south location. Some reason south is inaccessible…I can see why!!!

At a time when mental health is becoming the forefront of our well being, Insight Psychologicals approach and policies do not fit the compassion needed when we need it most. I couldn’t even make an appointment to deal with some relationship troubles I’ve been having and wanted to explore Insight for assistance. They wanted a big deposit which I explained I couldn’t pay until appointment day. That wasn’t good enough and they canceled my appointment. Shocking and money is king at Insight.

My review is intended to warn others of the contracts they enter into with insight. Their service they provide is through. But. Any service where you require more than a consult, ensure you ask them through out the process the costs and expenses that can, and have so far occurred to ensure the service is reasonable.My ask is next time you, insight, better communicate with your clients the total possible hours required, contract aside. You have stated in confidence similar.By providing that flexibility you could have earned a life long client +2. Not only that but this lack of communication caused myself with lots of anxiety. Something one wouldn't expect.**Insight has provided a good resolution. Thank you for your promptness.**

Had my hesitations about starting therapy in person but I’m very happy with the services at Insight. Professional, clean, friendly, available, and well organized. The booking system they use is easy and provides booking reminders by text and email, which is great for my busy schedule. Also works with my insurance provider (and assuming most insurance companies). Highly recommend.

I had a miscommunication happen with this establishment, and their client management team responded within the day. It was so appreciated since being in a vulnerable place to begin with, it was unfortunate that the miscommunication happened, but their response was very sincere.
