The crew on the install did an amazing job I couldn’t be happier with my new sink and countertop! The team worked hard and did a beautiful job and left my kitchen spotless. Now to get some new tiles on the wall…

I truly cannot say enough good things about this company! Their service from the first phone call to the installation team walking out our door was OUTSTANDING! They made every step absolutely seamless. The first few photos are our vanity when Wayfair delivered it. Broken. I called and spoke to Diane and made an appointment with tammy. We went in picked out our new vanity top and scheduled installation in 15 minutes! I 15/10 will recommend them to anyone!! Can’t wait to use them again!

Submitting a review on behalf of my parents, Connie and Barry (Elba, NY). On June 5, Carlos, Carlos, and Chris installed our new kitchen countertop. They were prompt, professional, cordial and did all the tidy-up after the install! One of the pieces wasn't on the truck but it didn't stop them...they corrected the error and finished the project on the same day!! Highly recommend! Amazing job and an amazing team!

We purchased our quartzite stone countertops through Upstate Granite & Marble. Diane was easy to work with and very responsive. The 3 installers were fantastic! They worked so hard and were very meticulous when installing our countertops. They are truly experts of their craft. Our countertops look beautiful!

Great experience. Friendly staff. Tammy was great to work with from a selection and layout perspective. She had us come in and look at the flow of the granite slab so we could see how we wanted it to look in the kitchen. We would definitely recommend.

Upstate did my granite counter tops about 10 years ago and we love them. I recently had a piece of granite that I did not buy from them, but needed it cut down for my bath project. The owner Brian took the piece and cut it down for me . I asked (what do I owe you?) and he replied, don't worry about it, you good. You don't get that kind of service from most people these days. He didn't know me form boo, but took care of me. Thanks Brian. Also, by the way, not only will I always use the guys for all my Granite and flooring needs, Tammy , there sales rep it awesome. She know her stuff. Nice lady.. Check these guys out before you go with another vendor/ contractor. You wont be sorry.

Thank you to Tammy and her team at Upstate for their beautiful counters and positive customer experience! This was our first time building a custom home. The selection schedule can be tricky to visualize during the planning phase but luckily for us, Tammy was there to support us throughout the whole process. The end result seems nothing short of perfection!

We shopped for a new countertop for almost a year. We studied and researched various options. Upstate Granite and Marble was amazing from the very beginning. Our sales associate went out of her way to meet our needs. She was able to send us home with a sizable piece of the same lot quartzite so we could see it in our lighting, with our cabinets.... The technician that came to measure was meticulous, talking us through the process. We were invited in to see how our CAD would lay out on the slab. A second associate conferred with us to ensure the best veining layout. Each time we received a phone call prior to the appointment to ensure we knew what to expect and how to be the best prepared. Today my counter was installed. It is beyond beautiful. The installation crew was off the charts. They were careful, respectful, the attention to detail was outstanding, the cleanup thorough. Upstate Granite and Marble has incredible communication and the workmanship is stellar! Thank you!!!

Working with Upstate Granite and Marble has been extremely easy. They have an excellent staff, are very communicative, and their installers are professional and efficient! Their CAD designer took accurate measurements to ensure a perfect fit, eliminating the need to do any rework. The stone we selected is a Quartzite, and it's absolutely beautiful. My kitchen has been transformed into something more beautiful than I could imagine! They also gave me clear instructions on how to properly clean and take care of my counters, and they sell the sealer too! I'm so happy with my experience with Upstate Granite and I highly recommend them.
