Elevator was installed August 2022 ,trio 3 levels ..it worked for 6 weeks erratically, completely stopped because of the middle floor door lock which I had to pay an extra $1000 for it as it was lost on delivery. Worked again after $1000 service call ...stopped again in the middle of 2 floors ...it was a miracle that I got out alive ....

I have dealt with several elevator manufacturers/installation companies and while the industry is generally pretty good I can say CITI Eelvator Inc. definitely goes farther than most to be accommodating and helpful to their clients. Whenever I have had any questions or needed service the owner Amir has always been right on top of getting me whatever assistance I need. Very hands on, I can honestly say I have rarely seen a head of a company who goes on site more often to make sure things are going smoothly. Pricing is very competitive, even their service rates are better than the other companies I have dealt with in the past. I can not recommend them enough.
