This particular location is brutal for how long they take to prepare your order and also understanding what it is that you would like/getting your order accurate. 2 of 3 drinks were incorrect. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Will not return

The service was great. I ordered an Americano and had it within 4 minutes. Usually I have to wait at other Timmies, well over 5 minutes

The girl working at the morning drive through was very friendly and kind. I was happy with the exceptional customer service she provided, we need more people like her. :)

Very supportive and hard-working staff, I went there in the morning to grab my coffee and other eatable stuff. The morning staff is too humble and polite. Shubhkaren and Candy, both of their services are marvelous. I would like to get my services done by both of them again for sure. 5 stars for the friendly customer service by them.

Drive thru is horribly slow, items many days of the week are wrong. Staff is unfriendly in the drive thru. Food is all the same old Tim Hortons stuff.

One of the worst Tim Hortons in Woodstock.unbelievably slow. and I mean unbelievable. On top of the lines and how slow they are to getting through orders, they mess them up as well. Several times we received incorrect food, or missing items. If you are able to go to ANY other Tim Hortons in Woodstock, please do so. Avoid this place at all costs.Update:Went to discuss this further as per the reply to this review, and the website they provided was a link to the tim Horton's app.What a joke.
