Visited for the first time and got the lemongrass chicken banh mi ($11) with a deep fried pork spring roll ($4)Pros:- decent pricing for a downtown food truck - banhi mi was of a fair size and filling- generous portion of chicken - was juicy and tender- Fast service- everything was fresh and hotCons:- chicken was flavourless. I was utterly shocked at how bland the chicken was. Not only could I not taste any hint of lemongrass, it was like they didn’t season or marinate the chicken thighs at all. There wasn’t even a smoky charred taste which I was assuming would be present if they seared it. Even though the chicken was juicy and well cooked, there was absolutely no flavour at all. Any flavour I could get from the banh mi was from the lightly pickled daikon/carrots and the mayo dressing.- Cartilage was not removed from chicken meat. Chicken cartilage doesn’t gross me out or anything but it was still an unwanted surprise to take a bite of my sandwich and bite down on a very large and hard piece of cartilage.- Cucumber was cut into a thick quarter wedge. Nitpicky I know, but I wish they had cut the cucumber into thin strips as the wedge made my bites awkward and it would slide around the sandwich a lotOverall, I would not recommend and will not be returning. Maybe their other meats are better seasoned but I won’t be coming back after trying their flavourless lemongrass chicken. The pork spring roll was standard so I’d consider it over priced.

Tried the lemon grass chicken Nanni and loved it. The sous vide chicken finished off on the grill was juicy, tender and full of flavour. I picked up the traditional for my colleague and she enjoyed it as well. Will be back to try the other menu items. Friendly hard working crew at this food cart located on Granville and West Georgia.

Here's the thing, they have great food.The problem is if you want them to cater anything, I recommend you dont hire them. My fiance and I were going to have them cater our wedding. They were extremely slow to reply and we had already confirmed them 8 months prior to our wedding date. A month before our wedding I found myself continually trying to chase them down with emails for them to finally get back to me and say that they cannot cater at the location of our wedding in Aldergrove. This just shows a very unorganized and unprofessional business.

Pretty good variety of vietnamese banh mi and vermicelli bowls. Excellent, flavorful pork spring roll. Great to have in such a convenient location near Nordstrom.

I had the lemongrass chicken Banh Mi Sub Sandwich, it was served hot and had good flavour. The Prawn salad rolls with peanut sauce were delicious - a great buy at only $5 for 2 salad rolls

We have ordered through corporate food delivery service. I received the bowls and one of them had a hand written note that they sold out of peanut sauce. This is extremely disappointing, as when ordering food, we expect professionalism and high attention to detail- there are a lot of competitors out there so if you dont up your game, you will not be favored by customers. All in all very unpleasant experience so far.

Vietnamese food truck (I visited when they were parked at River District). Quick and easy meal. Look for a bright royal blue coloured truck. Check out their “find us” IG highlights to see where they’re rolling to next.My order:Garlic Beef Vermicelli Bowl ($12): I really liked the unique heavily basil-infused sauce (on the side) for the vermicelli. They do not offer rice bowls here, only vermicelli bowls. The meat was well marinated, and I liked their pickled veggies too.2 Spring Rolls ($6): pretty good size, and you get 2 (in the picture, I show only 1 of the 2 rolls. 1 roll is cut into halves)Lemongrass Chicken Bánh Mì ($10): Meat portion was okay, and the chicken was also well marinated. Wish there was pate, but I guess that usually only comes in the cold cut subs.

On a rare hot April afternoon, I was looking for lunch. They were at the Crestwood Business Plaza on a Wednesday, so I decided to try it out.I got a Susu Fried Chicken vermicelli bowl. They were out of bean sprouts but offered to substitute with banana blossom. Also, they were out of the chili lime dressing so they gave me the herb dressing instead.For $13, the portion was good. I particularly enjoyed the dressing, as it was fragrant with herbs, and well balanced with fish sauce, soy sauce and lime juice. The pickled veggies also added some crunch to the bowl, and the chicken was perfectly marinated and cooked. I want to have the option to add more chicken though.Overall, a good experience and would order from them again. The banana blossom salad also looks to be a good item for the coming summer months.

Had NaMi for the first time today after seeing the truck down here in the RD many times. Fantastic! We ordered a pork belly bowl, lemongrass bowl, pork belly bahn mi and pork/veggie spring rolls. All were great! Great flavors, good portions and speedy service. The bread for the bahn mi was incredible. We'll definitely have it again.
