I have to say that this was one of the best sandwiches and service. I’ve had a long time at a restaurant kudos for the order, taker and kudos for the sandwich taker he repeated our order back to make sure they understood the order whipped up the sandwiches and they were to die for extremely good well put together, and they take pride in their job, I can’t say enough about this location. Fabulous good job fox

Ordered their limited time Cajun chicken sub. It definitely was quite expensive but had the quality. Great service from Mrunal and Paritosh.1. They have their pulled chicken in steamer, which keeps it a whole lot fresher than keeping outside on the display. Because of that, the spices are mixed very well within the chicken rather than just a coating over it.2. They don't bake their bread in store but they do toast it on the belt which makes it perfectly crisp from outside but soft from inside.3. Sub is wrapped in a paper, which is then kept inside a paper box. Now this is a game changer. Avoids spills and all the mess.4. Good dine-in atmosphere and interiors.

This is a new favorite food place for my wife and I. Subs are delicious, but quite pricey. So far we’ve loved the Firehouse Hero and the Cajun Chicken. I tried the Engineer but didn’t like it as much as the Firehouse Hero. I find calling ahead means it’s usually ready just as I get there (about 10 mins drive away). Staff are always friendly and the store always looks clean.

To the gentleman working may 31 at around 520pm. He has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. He deserves some kind of appraisal even if it's just mgmt telling him good job.

Wanted to try this place out. Disappointed, Waited 20 minutes for an overpriced sub. Got it home only to find that the bun was soggy and the majority of the sub was shredded lettuce. Won't be going back. Gave it a try, but not again.

The overall appearance and service was good. The food though was less than. It's a firehouse, hot sauce should be a must. They don't have any. Also asked for extra pickles and got hardly any. On top of that, the pickles I did get were chopped up like relish. Will not be going back.

Really good food over here. It's at a convenient location on Huron Church Road especially with all the new restaurants coming on this side of the town. The service was not bad. Although I prefer the Howard location but this is a closer location for me.
