First tell your staff to talk to patients polietly. If you have no opening there is always polite way to say no, dont be rude. Will stay away even now you have openings.

Well-managed clinic with really efficient staff. Dr. Pekush is very friendly, polite and helpful despite being awfully busy. Would definitely recommend him. I have been a patient since 2019 and am always delighted by the service.
