So I live at mountain view apartments and these guys were suposupp to seal coat the parking lots and they needed 3 days to do the lots well this is day 2 and the never even showed up not good guys now you only got 1 day to seal coat the whole place I paya little to much for my spot worest company I've seen

We had Dark Coat do some work on the driveways of our strata. We found their work to be very good. They were reliable- they even did more than we expected. We would recommend them.

Not recommended. They do not honor their warranties. If you have any issues or deficiencies after you pay them, our experience is they won't even talk with you on the phone let alone attend the job site to discuss/fix deficiencies.
