Very friendly and professional services. All staff and technicians, especially Huma and the lady that did my bone scan (sorry I didn't get her name), are very polite and careful. Then problem I had is that I tried calling and emailing them to reschedule my appointment and never got through or got an answer.

Staff polite and kind. Super fast. They called my doctor to talk about the result. Gave me a cd with the image. Clean space.

I’ve been to various places for an ultrasound and a have to say this is hands-down the worst place I’ve ever been to. I went to the 658 Danforth Ave location. They had me in the waiting room for 20 minutes with a full bladder after asking me to come in earlier. That’s not the worst of it. The technician I had was so cold and rude given the invasiveness of the procedure. She told me I could keep my shirt on and proceeded to get gel all over it. No apologies. Not once did she offer me a paper towel to clean myself off, I finally had to ask. She was very rough and short at times when asking me to shift my positioning on the table like I was inconveniencing her. I won’t even get into the lack of consideration given to me when having to walk around in a paper smock when there are other people and patients in the building. A couple of times I had to adjust and pull the plastic covering over the bed myself to ensure cleanliness as she wasn’t bothering. When the procedure was done my smock was torn apart. I was not offered a new one and the door was wide open as I was instructed that I could leave. Upsetting, insensitive and traumatic experience to say the least. Considering often people are receiving these procedures at their lowest point, it’s not the type of treatment that you want to receive. I should’ve read the reviews before I booked an appointment.

I have been getting ultrasounds here for over twenty years! When I had my children this location was much more advanced than other ultrasound places. They offered high tech equipment and 3D and 4D prenatal ultrasounds. Since then it has become a different place all together, but still seems to offer a good experience. Understanding that this is a public Ohip medical office people shouldn't expect a luxury experience. You go in for your exam and you leave no one is obligated to chat and be your friend.they see hundreds of people in a week and just want people to have their tests and keep it moving! Today I had a ultrasound with sailine to look at my uterus! I was extremely scared but the ladies were very sweet and it was over with in minutes! I read online that it was painful but it was not just the cramps a few hours later sucked but nothing to extreme! Typical medical office it's not to fancy but not dirty like people are saying! It's just a dated building but it's a medical office not a spa! I would say my experience was great and I will continue to go to this location or the other insight locations

I've been here a few times for ultrasounds, they are on time and friendly. If you can request to have someone do your ultrasound, I definitely recommend Trisha! She was courteous, described the necessary procedures, asked for the appropriate permissions, and generally pleasant.

I would give minus star if they have. They called me to book appointment with me, my family doctor call me again to remind me by the next day. And when I came there at the appointment day, they said I don’t have any appointments with them and I need to book appointment again. Very unprofessional. Staffs was very rude, especially the purple hair lady.

Called first thing in the morning and was able to book an X-ray and ultrasound for a couple hours later. Came in at my scheduled time and waited 30 minutes as I watched patients who came after me get called it. I mentioned this to reception and they looked into it and said I would be called in soon. Reception clearly forgot about that as I waited another 10 minutes (40 minutes total), multiple people were called in and nothing for me. Finally I had had enough of this and got up and raised my voice, to which reception finally got me in to get my scan. Not impressed with how reception structures the patients getting called in. The 2 technicians i dealt with were nice and I had no issues with them.

I took my elderly mother there this afternoon and we were treated with such kindness and respect. The whole team was so wonderful that my mother phoned my aunt as soon as got home to rave about her experience. Perhaps those who didnt experience what we did were walkins, or they themselves werent having the best of days. Thanks to Intreni the first person who greeted us and Irene , the engaging ultrasound tech who btw, is an Obstetrician back in her home country , and of course Dexter , xray Tech andmy mothers latest crush ."

I wish I had read the reviews before booking this location. I can’t speak to all of the staff but my first interaction at the front desk left a bad taste in my mouth as the lady (who appeared South Asian) was unpleasant and had an attitude which I find unacceptable. People are there for important appointments; some of which may be scary and new to them. So where’s the empathy and sensitivity? I also find it ironic that there are signs stating that they won’t tolerate rude behaviours, etc but yet it’s okay for “her” to be short or unpleasant?! The technician was good and we had some good conversations but I’m hugely disappointed that she didn’t even bother giving me proper ultrasound pictures. They are dark and small which is a real bummer. This is my first pregnancy and I’m just excited for it all.Lesson learnt - I’m not coming back here again. Also the other location on danforth was incredible! The technician and service was incomparable - The technician provided some “back support” and put on calming music so that I could just relax and took her time to get good ultrasound pics. It was a great experience!
