Perfect Clean

Cindy was very easy to deal with right from the initial time I reached out. With our first cleaning service I came home and was surprised at the impeccable detail and items I wasn't even expecting to have been cleaned the first time through... my fridge was sparkling! Cindy and her team make it all stress-free and gives us more time to be enjoying time with our kids instead of cleaning ourselves! Excited to continue receiving their services and living a strrss-free clean house life!

Cindy and her team are hard working, friendly and do a thorough job of cleaning. Perfection in my opinion is unattainable but they come fairly close. However their rates are above the competition. I would have provided 5 stars otherwise.

Cindy is hands down the worst employer I have ever seen in business. She refused to pay me for travel time to and from the house despite having to already drive to her home then drive up to an hour to the house we were cleaning. Meaning I would work 8 hours and get paid for 6. She only agreed to pay me for travel time when the only other employee told me what she was doing was illegal. She charges insane rates to her clients however left me to clean a house on my first shift alone. She was verbally abusive not only to me but to other staff. Turn over was very high and I did not stay longer than 2 weeks. Now months later she refuses to give me my T4 and told me to talk to the CRA about it instead of sending me a copy of it or allowing me to pick it up.Ps this is not my real name because I am afraid of retaliation from her and simply want to warn others looking to work for her or hire her to clean their house that she is unstable, breaks labour laws and uses untrained staff yet charges more than a truly professional company would charge.

Perfect Clean did an exceptional job. I cannot believe how much they get done - it is truly a gamechanger coming home after the team has been in. The team is very professional and a pleasure to work with. So happy to have found a reliable company to help in my home.
