I had a circumcision over a year ago and was left horribly disfigured and in pain! My self confidence is low and i know if i had a partner they wouldn't care but its painful too, even self pleasure is unpleasant. Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to fix it with another doctor and the only answer I could get from Dr lee is it was a difficult surgery". No one should go through what I have been. Patient beware."

I am from outside BC spending a few months in Victoria and had a blockage in my prostate/bladder and went to Emergency on Jan. 14, 2023. Unable to enter a catheter, the ER doctor called dr. Lee who was on call. She arrived, did a scope and determined the issue and suggested surgery rather that a temporary fix. When I said yes to the surgery, she scheduled me for Jan. 18. Now, that is service! She performed the surgery which went well.Right after the surgery, she called my wife to let her know how it went and when I was in a condition to see her, she came over to explain what she had done. She arranged for home care to eventually remove the catheter and gave me some medication to deal with the aftermat of the surgery. She called me after a week to see how I was doing and told me she would check again once the catheter was removed.I had the catheter removed a week ago and home care were very accommodating and followed up with me later during that day to make sure I was doing OK and checked again after a week. The services I received from Dr. Lee and Home Care were excellent surpassing by far the kind of services we have back home.I would strongly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone requiring services within her expertise as she is not only competent but a specialist who really cares about her patients.

Dr Lee was wonderful, unfortunately the MOA was so incredibly rude. Thank goodness Dr Lee does not share the same attitude!

Firstly, I will say that Dr. Lee was very kind and understanding. She answered all my questions and was gentle with my child.I was, however, absolutely floored by how rude the receptionist was. She was extremely icy and combative right from the start. I am not sure what was causing her to act in this way but our interaction left me very confused. She tried to make my infant son wait outside in below freezing weather while allowing others in the waiting room (this wasn't a misunderstanding -- people who had showed up AFTER us were being allowed to wait inside) and was adamant about a one parent policy" despite no warning. Dealing with a child's medical issues are stressful on their own -- of course a parent is also going to be annoyed when they take time off work and are then told that they can't be there.I'm am sincerely sorry if she was having a bad day but that is not reason to speak to strangers like that in a professional setting. As someone who also works with the public

We have missed one appointment because we had covid. 2nd time doctor gave us after 6 months appointment which we agreed . 2nd time my kid (patient) had a surgery scheduled in children hospital so we called and postponed. Again after 6 months we got an appointment. First time we called doctor was so rude . 2nd time doctor didnt even talk properly and hung up. And after almost one year when we had an appointment they charges $50 for no show. We dont mind paying no show fees but why on earth you need to be rude with us. Extremely rude.
