It's the most funnest place EVERRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOOO MANY ACTIVITIES!!!!!!

After searching for years for a good Waterbed store, I finally found Waterbed City in Brampton. I spent 2 days cyphoning water and only emptied half of the contents so I placed a telephone call and owner Paul Drysdale immediately came to my rescue. He had the bed emptied in under 30 minutes. He also returned to fill it up, removed and replaced my old sides and even helped me with another problem i was having in my home. And all at a very reasonable price. I not only give the store 5 stars but also to the owner, Paul. In this day and age of scams and over pricing, I highly recommend Waterbed City for all your Waterbed needs. Thanks Paul! I greatly appreciated your swift help, reasonable prices and just dealing with a true and honest gentleman was an added plus. I will be a returning customer forever.DeniceTORONTO

Great showroom! Lots of demos to try and they build custom beds and furniture at very reasonable prices. Quality furniture made from real wood. John and Paul are very knowledgeable in their trade. Learned lots, purchased product and highly recommend them to you.

Was great and he delivers and he is extremely knowledgeable in Waterbed... Paul was great and I got what we needed and next day he delivered the new liner next day!!GREAT SERVICEKO

Have you ever wanted personalize service well this is a place to go Paul was amazing and I highly recommend going to him if you want a waterbed. this year with the pandemic it was our 25th wedding anniversary and nowhere to go which was awful. Paul and my husband work together to surprise me to have the bed completed for our special day. I am not thank Paul enough for helping my husband. I am old school and like talking to a person and each time I called to ask questions Paul took the time to talk to me with regards to any questions I had never made me feel dumb and always made me feel like I was his family member. It is taking me some time to write this review as I have never wanted to write a review about any business but feel that this is so deserved merry Christmas Paul
