Not about the money. FREEDOM RV is Truly about the People! - Honest, & even charitable! - I had a series of misfortunes, my sway bars popped open losing a part, etc. - I went to Freedom Rv Brockville Ontario, and I asked if they could help me, that I had no money and was concerned for my safety. - Freedom Rv took the TIME to assist me, locate a part and pins, as well as educate on a couple things for future travel. - Of ALL the RV Dealerships I had attended over the past couple years and got ripped off etc. - FREEDOM RV is the one I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - I am now will to travel from Quebec to Ontario for now, just to have FREEDOM RV service my trailer! - They are so knowledgable and PROFESSIONAL, Understanding, and Charitable depending on the situation; They truly are about the PEOPLE, the PRODUCTS. They went the extra mile to help me, for that I am grateful. I lost my tool for putting on the weight distribution bars, to order a new one was a 10 day wait so they took the tool out of a new hitch. Thank you so much for helping me.
