Stopped in twice recently while waiting for our EV to charge on a road trip. Ordered on the app first both times. Drinks were prepared very quickly. Restroom was clean. The dragon fruit drink is great!

The service and drinks were good - typical of most Starbucks locations. Looks like a new building. Not as cosy as other locations. Noisier than many, a commercial, minimalistic look, and very few soft, comfortable seats.

This Starbucks location isn't great and left me disappointed. I've been here a few times; ordering a London fog each time. The first couple of times I was told they didn't have Earl Grey tea. Fair enough, but it was over a month they didn't" have tea bags.I asked a friend about this and they said that the workers at this location are lazy and just don't want to make it.Today I asked if they had Earl Grey tea before ordering. I could hear them roll their eyes when I ordered a London fog afterward but they made it. I paid $7 dollars for it and when I took my first sip

Worst customer experience I've ever had in a coffee shop. Unusually excessive wait time at the drive through today (15 mins+), only to be told the debit machine wasn't working.I didn't have cash on me as I wasn't in my usual car and have technical issues with the SBUX app, so I was ultimately refused service. 15 minutes plus gas to leave a drive-through empty handed. How's that for the exceptional customer service Starbucks promises, eh?Had Starbucks had a notification or signage up at the drive through stating that their card machine wasn't working, I wouldn't have gone in the first place. I also offered to come back and pay for it later (given everyone in this town knows each other), but this American slave labour machine always wants its money first while pretending to care" about the people and the environment and its customers (so cute!).God help the financial damage Starbucks would have experienced had they simply given away $6 worth of coffee to keep a loyal customer. Heaven forbid what that would have done to their executive bonuses!To use Starbucks corporate language: "regrettably

Your basic as always (and awesome) Starbucks! But the staff here are just so fun and friendly, you feel like you’re all in university together or something. Ask them for drink ideas! They gave me a life hack with a drink called Medicine Ball!Super clean, lots of parking, and just off the trans canada highway so it’s an easy pit stop for a long journey!
