V&E LEGAL SERVICES PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION

I decided to write a review after the lack of professional response I received today. First off I called the owner to seek LEGAL ADVICE for a matter on behalf of my mother in law. Instead of legal advice I received a PERSONAL OPINION, and to top it all off it was given to me in a very rude way. This field of service requires factual information to be given to clients not personal opinions. The owner actually told me if I didn’t like her response then I shouldn’t call her anymore. That is not the most eloquent way to speak to a client and that is definitely unprofessional. I suggest refraining from giving personal opinions and sticking more to factual legal advice. If I ever need personal opinions I can always call a friend or resort to google. All in all please speak to clients in a professional way and deliver messages in a way that would definitely not upset others. Best of luck on all future endeavours and I hope this review serves as constructive criticism. I would also like to add that I’m not as upset about her response but mostly of the attitude and the way it was delivered to me.
