The two gentlemen in the Parts Department are so knowledgeable and helpful regarding Weber BBQs. Harrison used his sleuthing techniques to confirm the model of one of our three Weber models and knew the part we needed. The other gentleman, sorry I do not recall his name, kindly called when a part had arrived. BBQ Country is fortunate to have team members who know the products exceptionally well. One can also find an amazing range of useful accessories that make the BBQ experience even better. Kudos!

This place is a rip off they sell you grills with missing parts and then tell you it’s out of their control and to contact the brand merchant and deal with them I don’t recommend anyone to shop here. They are rude when you call. Bad service bad attitudes.This is a response to your comment. You think I want to support your store when you guys know you was in the wrong and want to disrespect a paying customer. I declined your service because even if you paid me I won’t shop at your store. Very unprofessional

I bought a Louisiana-Grills Kamado from BBQ country early June 2023. I hadn't owned a charcoal or Kamado grill before.I was really happy with the experience I had with the sales guy. He was friendly and knowledge and I felt like he was telling me the straight goods and not BS'ing. I thought prices in the store for all of the accessories I needed were also fair.What impressed me the most is that my grill developed an issue a couple weeks after I bought it. One of the seals was starting to come loose. My wife phoned the service team at BBQ country. They asked for some photos and then they took care of it. They kept us informed about ETA's and sent a couple of people to our house to fix the problem.Many small positive things have turned me into a loyal customer.

Great service... the replacement grills for .y BBQ they had in stock were Broil King (mine is a Broil Mate... compatible) so a perfect match. $78 including tax..... online they are $100 delivered. Shop local... you will save money.

Just bought a barbeque from here, the selection is good, the price was fair. They don’t price match, so keep that in mind, we did pay an extra 20 bucks to buy locally instead of buying from Amazon. I figured buying locally, from a store that specializes in BBQ’s would mean an extra level of service and/or knowledge when it comes to barbecues.Reason for the low rating is the lacklustre service. Five staff members chatting and joking around by the til and not one of them offered any help until we approach them, after we were there for 10-15 minutes. One of them was moderately helpful when we asked a specific question about the barbeque we wanted to buy. The guy who delivered the barbeque from the back seemed fine. Overall, they’d be much better off with 2 staff members that actually work.Edit: Added an extra star for management reaching out quickly, it's appreciated. I'm not sure there's much else to do I'm not that worried about the $20, mostly just thought the staff wasn't really helpful.

Reason I didn’t give a 5 is because when we walked into the store And it was empty there were a few staff members around who just didn’t seem interested in approaching. Finally Ryan approached and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helped us with the purchase! Thank you kindly Ryan!

No after service, purchased new Baron Broil king 2 weeks old and burners don’t work properly. They have no service tech. The manager transferee me to assembly and was told it was air fuel mixture, transferred to parts and was told I would have to adjust it. I have purchase 7 BBQs in the last 5 years and this will be the last.I will make sure to pass the word around.

Hafiz and Ian are exemplary workers and have a vast knowledge on all the products will bring my kids here to buy them their first barbecue! 12/10 would recommend
