The absolute WORST company. Where do I even start? By far the most rude employees I have ever dealt with. Starting from their support line employees down to there terrible technicians. I am not sure how a company like this is still in business. I've called them 8 times to repair my AC unit and every single time, I have to deal with extremely rude and impolite employees that provide a different analysis each time but NO SOLUTION. When you ask simple questions or for any sort of assistance, they sound like they're doing you a favour! I am shocked that a company like this exists. If you want to avoid additional stress and frustration, DO NOT USE their services.

What a bunch of hacks. Either the technician had a few to many pints the night before and couldn't see straight or just completely disregarded any sense of workmanship on this install. Our duct work/ furnace was scabbed together on a wonky 20 degree angle and balancing on top of a delicate two by four base and the drainage lines were directed straight into our basement carpet.Go with someone else.There a clueless group of tradesman.

I hired this company to install central humidifier on my furnace because they were the ones who were contracted by builder, they showed up for install and said they cant do it due to the water pipes not being copper. a, they should already know that b, even if they didnt they should send someone to see compatibility before wasting not only my time but the time of their own technician. very rude customer service as well.

Worst Company I have dealt with.No real time customer service.Dont pick phone calls on regular basis. and in case of any emergency they dont have any backup plan and also no support for customer,I would highly not recommend this company.Rather i would directly go with enecare Services.
