First I would like to thank the entire staff here, they are extremely kind people, and they make sure Max and Charlie are greeted with respect and friendliness every visit.They seem very comfortable with my boys, and my boys are learning to trust them. Last vet wasn't as good as this experience is so far.Dr. Dillon appears to be very genuine. On one occasion he gave us a discount, as we were short on funds. Max had needed urgent attention, and they were very understanding to our financial situation.On another occasion Charlie had injured himself and we were using epsom salt to help keep the wound disinfected. We called and asked what we could use as home remedies in the mean time before bringing him in. They advised us on what options we had. The last place would have told us to just bring him in".We came in and they waved the examination fee. No charge

BEWARE OF THIS VET- if your house cat doesn't have an up to date rabies vaccination, he will report you to Animal Services. Before coming in, I let them know my cat only has her one shot from when she was a kitten. I was told the vet will see her once, and next time her rabies needs to be updated. After her check up I was suddenly handed a bill that included the rabies vaccine and told they will now be vaccinating her (!!!). When I declined I was told that if I don't vaccinate there and then, they by law have to report me to Animal Services. When I got home I contacted the Veterinary College which confirmed that vets have no obligation to report. Seems like the vet only did this out of spite. Aside from that, the vet wasn't friendly, didn't try to create any rapport with my cat (it was our first visit and she was terrified), and did not handle her gently. Very bad experience and will not be coming back.

Have been going here for a year now and love the care that they give our 2 dogs

I got referred to Bayview Pet Services when my dog became ill last year. Dr. Dhillon and his staff saw us without a previous appointment. He and his staff are professional, caring and quite competent. My dog recovered within days. Just recently, my poor dog injured himself and was in significant pain. Again, we were able to see Dr. Dhillon on short notice. He and his caring staff examined our dog and has provided timely and excellent care.I highly recommend Bayview Pet Services.Thank you Dr. Dillon and your team.

Friendly staff. Appointments always available. They make sure there's only one or two pets at a time so the visit is less chaotic. Happy coming back here

Been taking kitty here for last 5 years for yearly check ups and vaccinations. Friendly service and knowledgeable doctor.

Upon bringing our 11 month old dog for an eye exam, we were recommended to use Valerian Root to help calm our dog for anxiety.Less than 12 hours later, she was so sick blood was coming out both ways.We brought her back to this clinic and they wanted to charge us for their recommendation. No compassion, nothing. After reading other reviews, this clinic is only about money.We had to bring our dog to the ER on Sunday night as no other options were available.If I could give them less than 1 star I would.The kick: it is now Tuesday 11 am and the clinic called to check on our dog. If they were so concerned, wouldn't they try Monday AM? 48hrs of no fluids would kill a dog. In fact, the ER informed we were lucky to have acted when we did.Don't ever bring your pet here, the vet techs do all the talking and the doc is always on his computer.

I have to UPDATE: this review.I had a emergency situation with one of my dogs and had no choice but to take her somewhere else. at this time her file was transfered to the other clinic.a few weeks later I called to book an appointment for my other dogs vaccine and I was told his file has been transferred as well and due to this I can not take him back for his check up.I was very upset due to the fact that they have without my permission transfered his paperwork. this to me is a big privacy issue. and on top of this the receptionist was extremely rude. I would definitely not return to this clinic!This was my first visit here , but I have to say I am overall satisfied.The Dr. took the time to talk to me about my dogs and they did not force anything on me I did not want.I reccomended Bayview Animal Services

I'm not local to this clinic, and made the 4 hour drive to have Dr. Dillon perform my dogs surgery. Unfortunately our vet could not perform it for 2 weeks, and I was able to get my pet in with Dr. Dillon in just a few days. He was very friendly, professional and kind. He performed the surgery and gave me all information needed on the care of my pet in between the next few scheduled checkups. I would highly recommend.
